'Location was perfect for a conference we attended in Lowell. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was friendly and was able to fix a shower handle problem promptly. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay. All in all I’d recommend this property to anyone...

Pool was small, and not really “heated” - the room it was was definitely warm/humid but the water felt cool. Very convenient location off the highway!'

'Had a 2 night stay booked but only stayed one. The pool was by appointment only due to a dance competition at the hotel. We, myself and 2 kids, were notified on check in and subsequently told that it was all booked until Sunday afternoon. This was part of the reason for us staying here and normally would just adjust but when I asked a couple questions the person I was dealing with was rude and dismissive. I asked to be refunded for the second night and we would check out. Crickets. No response...

'Typically these types of suites are great. This 2 bedroom suite, however, was clean, but smelled like a smoker had lived there for a long time and smoked in the unit. Not like a smoker had recently left, but that old, dank, ingrained smell.'

The television didn't work and on our second night there, we were woken up by what sounded like a massive yard blower. We have no idea what it was. We were afraid to leave the hotel.
