'Comfortable accommodation with friendly professional staff.'

'Fantastic hotel and pub, very cosy and set in a fab location. The room we stayed in was delightful, very large with great amenities. Food was very tasty and the breakfast was plentiful and hot with a good variety of continental and hot breakfast items to choose from (full English including veggie option). Great to have onsite parking too. Will definitely be back thanks!'

'It was a lovely place to stay. Staff, rooms and food so nice would love to stay there again'

'We had a large room with a wonderful view of the winding river and beyond. Staff excellent; friendly and extremely helpful. Food was good altough the dining room was a bilt lacking in character. Very good location.'

'I was in a single room, basic but clean. The hotel does need a refresh, and that is planned for next year. There is a gym guests can use, and spa treatments are also available (payable) in the Serenity Suite, a separate business on site. Staff were welcoming and very helpful.'

'The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and with all the expected amenities. There were no staff on site (the key is left in a lock box). I stayed on Monday night, the restaurant is closed on Mondays (hence no interaction with staff). Unfortunately, I did not sleep very well at all due to the loudness of a generator which kept me awake all night. It felt as if I was sleeping inside a helicopter. I left the room early in the morning because I was fed up with the noise and I had...

'Oud maar gezellig , en een zeer antieke ontbijtruimte , een aanrader .'

'A heritage room in a wonderfully presented property, with a spacious room with specialty tea and coffee and local fresh milk. A warm welcome from the staff on arrival and then later for a meal in the bar/restaurant. Very handy for all Ledbury has to offer and walking distance of the wide array of sights, shops, pubs restaurants, take aways and everything you could need/ want. Wandered and enjoyed several of the local hostelries and beers with welcoming locals. Returned to the Seven Stars and...

'excellent overall nice rooftop bar'

'The room was clean and comfortable- bed a bit low and no armchair to sit in. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff were helpful and very friendly'

'great place to stay , very friendly husband and wife team, fresh hot cook breakfast, good recomendation for Take'

'The hotel was in the ideal location for our purpose. It had its own car park which was convenient. The building looks good from the outside, unfortunately the rooms are out dated and ours was very hot. As it was on the ground floor we did not feel it safe to open the larger windows and the small window did not provide sufficient cooling. We had noisy neighbours both above and next door, this was unlucky and could happen in any hotel.'
