Located near that sanctuary that is Sardis lake, our cozy condo provides peace and tranquility in the forest while still being only minutes from everything the city of Oxford has to offer. While you’re here enjoy the natural beauty of Sardis Lake. With its 98,000 acres there is always a spot to boat, hunt, fish, or hike.

Our condo has a private entrance, a double bed with luxurious European bedding and a sleeper sofa that easily pulls out. You’ll enjoyed our fully stocked kitchenette, fresh farm eggs and private bathroom.

Located on the three acre property is also the Coop @ 182 where a variety of chicken breeds live their best life laying eggs of every color you can imagine (blue, green, pink, gray, olive, chocolate and more).

The unique tree deck in the sky is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or to see the sun set (unless you walk down to the lake for another terrific sunset view).

The garden comes to life at night with lights and magic everywhere. Take in the fern garden by the tee pee or the wild flower pollinator area right next to it. Unique drift wood and other eclectic pieces can be found in the most surprising spots and the best view can be found from the garden sitting area by the fire pit.
