Negatief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Owner had terrible attitude. I had towels the first day, after that no clean towels though I request them several times. I ask for clean bed sheets, I received none. I understand that we were under a state of emergency and people’s nerves had been challenged and so many people need a place to stay. I did not complains not once when the electricity kept going out and at times we did not have hot water. I understood the situation, I was there for four days and I know the hotel was full. But they kept finding towels for new reservations and to put in rooms, but refuse to give us no towels and tell me that the reason was, they only had one washer person washing. About an hour before check out time, we verbally ask could we have until 1:00 to finish our showers and get our things out the room, they said no, they needed the room even though the next check in time was 3:00pm. One of the workers told us we better hurry up and get out before 1:00 or the owner will bill us for the day. There is no excuse for rudeness and I would stay in my car before I stay there again or recommend that anyone stays there.
