Wandel over de breezeway naar het zand en onze verhuur zal u honderden ... zelfs duizenden dollars besparen op andere strandverhuur!

Gelegen op een korte 20 of zo huizen uit het zand. Dit huis is volledig ingericht, met alle extra's! We kunnen gemakkelijk 8 of meer slapen in dit ruime huis met meerdere verdiepingen. Er zijn 3 grote badkamers met in totaal 5 wastafels, ruime douches en een jacuzzi in de master suite!

Er zijn veel balkons en enorme dekken voor uw plezier en een gas-BBQ op het dek. De keuken is volledig uitgerust, met veel servies, bestek, enz. Beddengoed wordt verstrekt en er is een extra grote wasruimte met wasmachine en droger. Er zijn meerdere tv's, dvd's, draadloos internet, enz ... alle gemakken van thuis met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fantastische vakantie !!

De achtertuin biedt nog een buitenruimte met een extra BBQ en een in de grond gelegen jacuzzi voor 10 personen! De achterpoort opent naar een semi-privé 'breeze-way' die naar de oceaan leidt - pak een kopje koffie en wandel naar het zand voor een ochtendwandeling ...

De eerste verdieping biedt een meer privé-ruimte met nog een woonkamer met open haard, kitchenette, slaapkamer met queensize bed en groot bad met bad / douche ... perfecte opstelling !!

De locatie is FANTASTISCH !! Gelegen tussen Malibu en Santa Barbara, in de buurt van de haven van Ventura en Kanaaleilanden. Zoooo veel te doen - of helemaal niets doen. Schone, zachte zandstranden wachten op u!

What an amazing home and great place to spend my birthday with a few family members. Location was great, communication was outstanding and I can’t say enough about how beautiful and spacious the home was for the six of us plus my goldendoodle. Short walk to the beach and lots of balconies for enjoying the sunset.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! Everything was as described, and the house was perfect for our group. There were a few minor hiccups with things like the outside lights and fire alarms, but the host stayed up late to help us troubleshoot. These issues were completely out of her control. Her communication was fantastic; she always responded to messages immediately.The location was great, just a 5 to 10 minute walk down to the water. The house was well equipped with plenty of chairs, boogie boards, and towels for everyone. The hot tub was spacious and relaxing, and the outdoor area was such a nice spot to hang out. Inside, the furniture was comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out.Overall, we had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend this property. 10 out of 10, we can’t wait to stay again!

Awesome house and great location

We stayed here for a family reunion and it was such a great location. Three minute walk to the beach and so many great places nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner or live music. Hosts were great communicators and made it so easy to access the house and always answered any questions we had. Highly recommend staying here.

Peefect Family Home

This home is very roomy & comfortable. Close to the beach & with several balconies to enjoy the ocean breeze. Host communication was great & check in a breeze. The host provides beach toys which was a plus because we had 4 children in our group. I liked there weren't a lot of must do's upon checking out & the rules of stay were just basic common courtesys. We will be booking again. We made some great memories here

Very nice beach home

Beautiful home that was a 10 minute walk to beach. Even our toddlers walked it fine. We loved the separate floors with a small living area downstairs that had a little kitchenette, living room, bedroom, and utility area that was perfect for our kids and grandkids with a new baby. Owner was great and let us k ow all the info we needed about the property up front. Well stocked home too!

Great home !

Property was easy to find and a block from the beach. Owner was great to work with and answered promptly. If we were in the area again, we would definitely rent it again!!!House was spacious. Lower level- entry, was it's own living area with kitchenette, living room, bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. Mid (Main) level had a nice dining room, living room and kitchen. Also 2 bedrooms (master is BIG) and 2 bathrooms. Top floor loft had beds but we ended up not needing them.Beds were comfortable and some family members even went online and bought pillows after using the ones provided!Large 10 person jacuzzi heated nicely but was a little tricky to get started- but owner was very clear on how to use the controls etc- so no issue at all!The only negative is that some of the window coverings are both dirty and broken. Being a rental and close to the beach, that isn't too surprising.As I said, it was a great home and a great vacation. Kristi could not have been more gracious or accommodating. Thank you!

Gorgeous stay on Oxnard Shores

Ample room for 8 individuals; excellent kitchen supplies for preparing our own meals. Lots of linens & blankets. We didn't use any of the facilities like barbecue or jacuzzi or the fire place, but we enjoyed sitting on one of the balconies (it was too windy to sit on the roof deck). The walk to the beach is very pleasant and doable (our age group was 87 - 53). Looking forward to the next time!!

Wonderful Weekend with Friends

Beautiful property with a very communicative host. Check-in process was smooth, and all instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The house provided ample space for all of us to spread out or gather together. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely keep this place in mind next time we have a girls trip.

Nice spacious house and great owner

We needed 4 bedrooms so this house worked out well with the upstairs loft providing an extra sleep space. The owner was very easy to communicate with when I did have questions. Only negative thing I could say is that our first day there was 40-65 mph winds which blew the top off the hot tub. It got very dirty so we didn’t use that throughout our stay. Pros- Spacious house A short walk to the beach Lots of extra towels and blankets Beach toys and accessories to use Plenty of TVs Cons- Older cover for the hot tub Lots more pros then cons with this property

House for the Whole Family!

The house was very good space. It accommodated the 8 of us; 3 couples and 2 children, with sufficient beds, bathrooms and seating. Also the proximity to the beach was great! The neighborhood back walkway is perfect for a morning stroll among beautiful botanicals! Kristy was a very responsive owner.
