Les Alizés, prachtige villa met adembenemend uitzicht

Prachtige villa gelegen op de hoogten van Oyster Pond, prachtig 180 ° uitzicht op zee, met uitzicht op Saint Barth, Tintamarre en Galion strand. Het bevindt zich aan de Franse kant, op de grens van de grens met de Nederlandse kant.
Ruim en luxueus, zeer goed geventileerd, het is ideaal gelegen op de top van een heuvel, niet over het hoofd gezien, in een zeer rustige omgeving, dicht bij alle voorzieningen, restaurants en stranden. 10 van het grote strand van Orient Bay en 15 minuten van Grand Case, waar u alle Franse en lokale gastronomie vindt.

Eden Rock bestaat uit 2 volledig onafhankelijke villa's die boven elkaar zijn geplaatst en die afzonderlijk kunnen worden gehuurd. Ze hebben elk hun privé zwembad, hun buitenkanten, hun gemeubileerde houten terras en hun privé carbet (overdekte eethoek) in een grote bosrijke tuin.

We just returned from a one week stay at the most fabulous Villa we’ve ever rented. (We’ve also done Grenada, Turks and Caicos, Madeira, Sardinia, etc). This house was perfect for our party of four (two married couples mid-40’s). The house had fabulous views, and excellent amenities. The kitchen was well equipped, we had beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and rain umbrellas (not needed). The inside was spacious, bright, modern and tastefully decorated. All appliances worked very well including the washer and dryer. The outdoor space was private and very spacious. The back deck provided a 180 degree view of the ocean, nearby beaches and even St. Barts. The pool area had plenty of room to seek sun or shade. The dining area outside was well lit and spacious (also with excellent views). The pool was very well maintained and large enough to accommodate everyone at once. Two charcoal BBQ’s are also available for use. The property is nicely secured with an automatic gate and automatic metal window covering to close when you’re out exploring the island. Plenty of parking space. Melanie was extremely responsive in answering questions and making recommendations on nice places to visit, explore and eat. She also made dinner reservations for us upon request. The villa is walking distance to several restaurants, a gas station, a grocery store and a patisserie. It is also walking distance to the Moses hike and Babit Point. We would definitely consider a return trip!

Prior to and during our trip, our hosts were welcoming and available. The home is comfortable and has a beautiful view. Many sitting areas and a great kitchen to prepare meals. We love the proximity of Oyster Pond to other areas of the island. Local eateries can’t be missed!

The property is really great. The view from the deck over-looking the ocean is just amazing. Melanie and Patrick were lovely and very easy to communicate with if we had a question or needed something. My wife likes to wake from the Sun in the morning while I like to sleep in a cave. The automatic blinds gave us that easy option which was so cool. Location is also very convenient and with our car rental, we could get to anywhere on the island with ease. I could go on and on how awesome this place was and I highly recommend to anyone needing a safe, spacious rental for a fantastic vacation.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été époustouflés par la beauté de la propriété et cette vue imprenable sur la mer qui ne s'essouffle jamais.Ce qui distingue vraiment cet endroit, c'est le soin accordé aux petits détails. Il ne manquait absolument rien ; tout a été pensé pour que l'on se sente comme à la maison, le luxe en plus.Les hôtes sont d'une réactivité exemplaire. Ils ont répondu à toutes nos questions instantanément et ont tout mis en œuvre pour que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible.Certes, la localisation signifie que peu est accessible à pied à proximité pour des personnes voyageant avec enfants ou personnes à mobilité restreinte. Cependant, ce petit isolement est largement compensé par le calme absolu et, surtout, par des levers de soleil absolument spectaculaires. Merci Mélanie et Patrick!

The villa is amazing, well designed and thoughtfully equipped. Great kitchen where we made several meals during our stay. The pool is large and well maintained and situated. The laundry facilities were also appreciated! The local neighborhood has two amazing restaurants BZH and Oasis where we dined several nights. Hosts Melanie and Patrick were very responsive and went out of their way to make our stay memorable! If Oyster Pond is your destination on SXM than this villa is a perfect choice for your stay!

Beautiful villa- Gorgeous Oceans from every angle!

My family and I LOVED this Villa- one of the best properties we've ever stayed at (and we travel a lot). The home is very clean, comfortable beds and sofas, and well maintained. We loved the kitchen and appliances- and thoughtful design choices throughout. But the best part of this villa is the stunning ocean views you get from every room- especially through the beautiful bay windows/doors overlooking the sea. Our kids loved the pool and appreciated the floaties and sand toys on-site. And Melanie was so friendly and easy to work with- she was very available and quick to respond to us. And she graciously overlooked the hole my son accidently put in the screen door. I loved the quiet neighborhood and the restaurants and shop within walking distance.

Spectator view, we used the pool daily as well as the pergola. We stayed mostly in the area because we were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave. It is a quiet area, which is what we were wanting. Small bakery/grocery store close by (Bread and Butter). Enjoyed meeting and chatting with our hosts, Mélanie and Patrick. It is a place that we would love to return to. Patrick.

Ocean Breeze

Paradise. Les Alizes is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with comfortable beds and all necessary amenities. However, the main attraction is the ocean view from multiple vantage points and the steady breeze that comes with the view. Nights are blissful with star filled skies and the gentle rolling of ocean waves. Located in the village of Oyster Pond there are many opportunities for fine dining and there is a small bakery/grocery outlet. Most of the main island attractions are within a 30 minute drive. Highly recommend this property for an island vacation.

Best vacation views!!

Melanie and Patrick's home exceeded our expectations. The pictures were very accurate but didnt do it justice. The house is beautiful, spacious and well equipped. We stayed in the top 2br unit and had an amazing stay. The pool is large, so many different places to sit, eat and relax. Very close to so many great restaurants and beaches. 15min drive gets you to numerous restaurants and beaches on the french side and the same gets you to the busier dutch side. Bread and butter was a great little spot to go down for espresso and fresh pastries in the morning. Safe neighbourhood and very easy to find. The property is laid out in such a unique way that a large family could rent both units. Maryse was extremely helpful with recommendations and bookings. Would definitely rent from Patrick and Melanie again. Patrick made our kids' day by introducing them to their pet tortoises on our final day.

Beautiful place

The house is very modern and spacious with an amazing view. Loved the kitchen and the stove, very modern and brand new utensils, appliances, and cookware! Big, spacious laundry with big washer/dryer. The House Manager was very helpful and she attended immediately to any requests we had. My only suggestion to the Owners would be to provide additional, and better quality bath towels, and an extra bed linen. Thank you.

Wonderful...

We really enjoyed our stay in St. Martin. Quiet, relaxing, amazing view of the ocean, private pool, close to delicious restaurant and a fun French bakery very close for breakfast. The house had everything we needed. We thought this was the perfect location coming from a small town in Minnesota we don't like the hustle and bustle or at least we like to be able to get out of the busyness of parts of the island. My son is eight and enjoyed the close beaches, pool and the toys and equipment available! Overall, a wonderful trip! Thank you!

Privacy issues

The pictures don’t show how much the two units are on top of each other. We were in the higher one and when guests arrived in the one below us it was like they were in our space! We had to close the windows to stop the noise. Another issue was the property owners. They own a studio that is adjacent to our villa. They would come in on a Saturday and leave on Monday. We couldn’t use the pool in private because it’s right in front of their studio!! Another matter that wasn’t pleasant is that the water tank stopped 6 different days and left us with no water for hours! The owners only made excuses and never apologized for our inconveniences.
