The suite has hardwood floors, queen size bed, sitting area with futon, smart TV, full size bathroom and kitchenette fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. Our guest suite is perfect for anyone looking for a safe, comfy place to stay while enjoying the area.

The space has a private entrance and located in a very nice neighborhood. Yet, very centrally located. Just minutes away from everything. There are numerous restaurants, bars and attractions.

I live on the property and always available should you need anything or have any questions about the house or area.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

-Check-out time is 10:00am.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 9:00am.
-No smoking indoors. $250 fee will be charged to guest after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.
-Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
-Owner is not responsible for articles left in the premises.
-Guest(s) shall leave the property in neat and undamaged condition.
