'The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful (both Samantha and Andrew). Much appreciated as most of the time staff at hotels either doesn’t know what’s going on or would rather be doing anything else but staff here was top notch. Hotel was newer and is pretty good condition. Room was a little small but that’s typical I suppose. 'The hot tub keys were awful could not enjoy the hot tub. Not sure if they were set to high or what but all it did was hit you in the face. The bed was so hard and lumpy we were not able to sleep. Made for a very bad stay. Have stay at a couple Bass Pro places this was not at all what I expected.'
