'Casino'

'The front staff checking in was not helpful and had a little attitude about nothing, but the staff on duty when I checked out was fabulous. The drink stations were not kept up. Coffee was out, sugar was everywhere, that area looked dirty. The gaming floor was clean and they do have plenty of games to play. I spend a lot of time at Choctaw Casinos so was really excited to try Cherokee, but from this experience, I will probably stick to Choctaw if I am wanting a weekend getaway but wouldnt mind...

'Nice, very clean hotel. Comfortable room, a restaurant on site that had good choices at reasonable prices. We were happy with the food. Nice basic breakfast bar with numerous options. Front desk staff attentive and very welcoming. Smaller, clean and friendly casino attached. Big parking lot, and felt very safe at this location. '

'Clean room, helpful staff'

'We did not get a breakfast. The telephone in the room was broken,the sliding door was so hard to push open or close. We had to call the maintenance man to get the tv to work. So many things had gone wrong we didn’t even try the shower. We had gone here for our 56th anniversary so we were very disappointed.'

'Overall room was nice. A few things I noticed to make me give it 4 stars. - the coffee maker was gross covered with dust and grime - I understand being charged a deposit for the room, but being charged for parking and wifi when I’m already paying a lot of money for a room is ridiculous, also I did not see anything when booking the room about needing to pay for parking and WiFi upon checking in - they require you to bring your own water bottle to refill with water at their water stations,...
