'Staff communication was excellent from before our arrival until our departure. So friendly and accommodating. Rooms was clean and spacious - not common for hotels in Paris at that price range. It’s on a busy side street so can get a bit noisy in the evenings to late night. Recommend getting a room on a higher level if you are a light sleeper. We would stay again due to the friendly staff, spacious room and convenient amenities (kitchen and lounge space etc)'

'This place was simply awesome! The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed. With the separate bedroom and pullout bed in the living room it gave us the extra space I needed with our children. The macaroons and handwritten welcome note was also a beautiful touch! Location was also perfect, close to the metro and walking distance of the Louve and Jardin Le Tuileries Garden where the Christmas fair was. Would definitely recommend. '

'Recommended. A spacious, secure, practical apartment in a good location ( next to Pompidou Center). Communication was via email only, and it was exceedingly courteous and efficient. The apartment has many luxurious touches ( faucets, light fixtures, etc). Boulangery ( pastry shop) , grocery store, innumerable restaurants nearby, including many ethnic restaurants, ice cream shops. We stayed with 3 kids. Washer/dryer, dishwasher helped. 'Hele mooi en net hotel, enige nadeel was dat wij in het appartement op de begane grond zaten bij de ingang waar iedereen voorbij moet als je s’avonds naar je appartement gaat. Dat was erg gehorig, vooral met kinderen is dat niet handig. Als het s’avonds stil is hoor je ook het getik van de verwarmingsbuizen. Voor de rest een super hotel! '

'The place was very clean. I stayed in apt 3 and i really loved it !! No regrets. It was close to the train station , walking distance to restaurants. We walked to the louvre. The host checked in on me the first to make sure i had a smooth check in. The only one thing i wouldve loved is a bit more coffee pods since it was 3 of us it wasnt enough but other than that i would definitely recommend and i would love to come back again. Mercí'

'The apartment is easy to find and well signposted. Inside is beautiful, clean and spacious and we absolutely loved the location! Right next to the famous Rue Cler with plenty cafes/restaurants and fresh food markets, boulangeries/patisseries etc! So much choice to eat out or pick up supplies for the apartment-whatever your preference! (I loved the organic fruit and veg market on the corner) It is also very close walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and a few minutes to the Metro to get around...

'Appartment was very small, not like the pictures. Bad chairs. Bed was good. Bathroom too small, you could not reach the handle of the watertap and the space between the washtub and the mirrorcabinet was much too small. Fire escape route was not indicated and available, there is only one staircase. When entering the building with the recieved code, the keybox did not open and we could not get our key. It is not clear how to reach someone by telephone.'
