Enjoy Monterey Bay views from this adorable 1,151 sf home that sits about 17 steps elevated above the street and looks out over the treetops toward the bay. Inside the home is all one level. Walk to downtown Pacific Grove, the Monterey Bay Aquarium and historic Cannery Row.

The yard is fenced and also equipped with a gas BBQ grill.

The living room has a gas fireplace and a wifi-enabled Smart TV - guests should bring the logins for their own subscription services. The home has a fully-equipped kitchen and the washer and dryer set are also nearby.

One bedroom will have a king bed, the second bedroom will have a queen bed.
The living room will have a fold-out sleeper sofa, perfect for an overnight guest.

The bathroom has a standing shower.

Street parking is available in front of the home. The garage is not available for guest use.

This home has a Ring camera at the front door looking toward the porch and street in front of the house. It is monitored regularly for security.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
