Amazing

Perfect Stay at Asilomar
We rented the house as a home base for a family trip to Monterey. It's in a perfect location - close to Monterey and to Pacific Grove, Carmel and Big Sur. The house is spectacular! Super clean, easy to check-in, easy to find things in the house, effortless check-out. Great communication with property managers, as well. Highly recommended!

The Boathouse
We loved our stay at the Boathouse! The home itself if wonderfully decorated, meticulously maintained and extremely well stocked.! We enjoyed watching the deer sitting in the dunes around the house. The location is perfectly located to Asilomar Beach!

Beautiful home near Pebble Beach
Really nice house near the water and very convenient to Pebble Beach, Monterey and Carmel. Private yet easy to get to from the airport. Beautiful views and great floor plan and top quality throughout.Only issue is the internet. Check your carrier to make sure you have adequate coverage. T-Mobile had 1 bar.

Cell service can be spotty in this area, but we have fast and reliable WiFi/internet throughout the home.

The most beautiful place in the world
I may be biased, we love pacific grove and because we will probably not be back for a while and because of what we were celebrating I thought we would stay at this incredible house. Nothing like waking up with a 270 degree view of the most beautiful coastline. Thank you so much, it was perfect! Just what we needed!

Celebrating the New Year in beautiful Pacific Grove
We have stayed twice at this home in 2022, once with friends and then with our adult children New Years weekend. It is very spacious, clean and in a nice location. It is a short walk to the beach and for a longer walk you could go to downtown Pacific Grove. We would definitely stay here again!

Met all of our needs. Great space for cooking as a group and large, comfy living room for gathering around a game. All rooms were nice with comfy beds and spotless clean. Master suite was the life of luxury. Will be back again!

Excellent property
We were in Monterey for a family wedding and stayed at this home with our grown children and grandchildren. The home was nicely decorated, well appointed, and very clean. The deer visited outside the windows every morning and our granddaughters loved it! I would visit this property again. It was perfect.

Magical in Pacific Grove
Wow...This home is so perfect. It's truly a great value. The photos don't even do this home justice. The view in the master suite is ocean and waves. The deer feeding in the yard are magical. The kitchen, the patio, the natural light, the location are so wonderful. Well kept, great design. Oh and did I mention the view from the master?

We had a beautiful stay at this home. The photos don't do the views justice. Great layout of the home. Perfect for our family of four, and a couple. Beds where very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook with. Close to the beach, perfect to walk down to for the sunsets or a day at the beach.

Beautiful Home!
The house is stunning! The views from the master bedroom and wrap around porch are absolutely gorgeous - overlooking the ocean. It is a short walk to get to the well maintained beach boardwalk. The house is wonderfully appointed and super clean. Everything that makes the house run is labeled and easy to figure out. The house is nicely located - easy access to all Pebble Beach properties, Carmel, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, etc. We really enjoyed the house and would highly recommend it!

Relaxing, Close to Beach with Breathtaking View
My cousins (couple in their 40s), their two daughters (ages 9 and 5), my daughter (age 12), and me (50), stayed in this beautiful home for three nights. There is a panoramic view of the ocean from the master and the view from living room and patio was breathtaking. We walked every day to the beach and explored tide pools and found sea urchins, starfish, saw otters, and enjoyed the short walk from the house. Every evening we sat on the patio and enjoyed the view and the sunset. There was a mama and her baby fawn who visited us each day. The house is gorgeous, spacious and well-stocked. We loved every moment of our stay. The beds are comfortable, and each bedroom has its own full bath! We will definitely be back.

This house far exceeded our expectations. The listing photos are great but the house is even better in person. Gorgeous space and setting, the house is perfectly set up for family/friend dinners, and you'll be greeted numerous times a day by neighboring deer. Overall it was a 20/10 by far. Will definitely be back!

Ocean View Beach House in the Dunes
Beautiful location in the dunes with ocean views and crashing waves 24/7. The contemporary house is outfitted with all premium finish, appliances and systems. Extremely well done kitchen with top of the line everything and cutlery, serving pieces and gourmet cookware. Fantastic heated floors throughout the house! Linens and towels and soft goods were all top of the line. Really just a wonderful luxury house that is outfitted for an owner not a rental. Also very convenient to walks on the beach. Minutes to Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach and Carmel. Truly Wonderful !

Really enjoyed our stay in Pacific Groves. Miles of walking along the beaches, visits to Big Sur, Carmel, 17 mile Drive & Pebble Beach, The Monterey Bay Aquarium....so much to do! The house was super clean and comfortable.

I proposed to my Fiance here and she thought it was magical!
This home was even better than they said! I rented this home in order to give my girlfriend a romantic weekend and planned to propose nearby. Instead, I proposed on sight with that incredible sunset and ocean as the backdrop. Q loved the beauty and the privacy. This will always be such a special, romantic spot for us. We will return! Stunning Pacific Grove Retreat
Our extended family of 8 people had an absolutely wonderful time at this gorgeous home. We loved the large communal living room, kitchen, dining and outdoor patio area. The house is ideally suited for 6 people, but can accommodate 8 with the sofa bed in the TV room. However, this sofa bed is best used for younger people with strong backs and an additional comforter on top of the bed for cushioning. We enjoyed cooking in the convenient kitchen and having drinks on the patio. The fireplace provided a nice ambiance at night. Deer strolled by during the morning and afternoon hours, much to our delight. The home is a block off of Asilomar Beach, but enjoys beautiful view sand great access to the walking path. Be sure to take a stroll along the beach, it is beautiful both in the day and afternoon, when the fog rolled in. The home is very convenient to grocery shopping, Monterrey attractions and shops and the wonders of the coastline. Point Lobos National Park provided for a beautiful coastline hike and see the bird sanctuary.. Aside from the fact that we never figured out how to use the entry code on the garage, and a few missing kitchen essentials (eg. coffee measure, a tablespoon for baking and some bakeware), our stay was absolutely perfect! Robin from Monterrey Rentals was very responsive to our questions and needs, and sent us helpful information and reminders . We've stayed in many vacation homes and would highly recommend this lovely property.

this is a very comfortable and luxurious house with plenty of space for six people, there are wonderful ocean views from many parts of the house and it also has great outdoor space and just a couple of blocks to the beach, just outstanding! We had a great time there.

Stunning house and location
The house and location are even better than the website describes. The kitchen is fully stocked with high quality products, not the normal rental variety. Linens are soft and new. The location is great. Just a couple minute walk to the beach and a short drive to many fun activities. The ocean is visible from every room. It's clean and upscale. Only two small issues, and it's not fair to complain because I never made the property manager aware, but 1) the blinds have stops on the cords and don't go up or down as you might want them to; and 2) not sure if it's a local California thing, but the electricity was almost a trickle. It took about 12 hours to charge my phone. Beach chairs and beach towels would be a good addition for future guests.

property needs maintenance (blinds, broken tv, dead batteries in remotes, etc.). Also, didn't even have salt and pepper in stock. For the money we paid, I expected better.

I am so sorry to hear about your experience and wish you had called our 24-hour maintenance line while you were here, as these issues could have been easily rectified. We were not aware that the blind cord was broken, and the bedroom TV worked after the remote batteries were replaced. As for the condiments, we removed all foodstuffs from our properties to comply with OSHA requirements and our enhanced Covid cleaning protocols (as explained in your pre-arrival email). We apologize for any inconvenience this caused you.

Paradise in Pacific Grove
Property exceeded our expectations, the master bedroom has spectacular views and fabulous deep soaking tub and the biggest rain shower I have ever seen.. The kitchen was well stocked and gave access to living room and dining room while you were prepping food, so everyone felt very together. We spent 4 days and loved every minute, can't wait to come back.
