Echte huis aan de oceaan met 2 uitzicht dekken en 180 graden uitzicht op de Pacifische kust, Monterey Bay en Coastal Bike / Walk Path. Overdag kijken naar de steeds veranderende Stille Oceaan en 's nachts een schitterende deken van fonkelende stadslichten. Stel je voor dat je vanaf je eigen terras walvissen kunt spotten terwijl ze het Pacific Grove Marine Gardens Park (een onder het oceaanpark) direct tegenover het huis binnenkomen. Bekijk de duikers die op een steenworp afstand van de kustlijn duiken. Twee blokken naar het beroemde centraal gelegen Lover's Point Park. Maak een wandeling langs het strand op de Monterey Bay Coastal Trail; voorbij Asilomar Beach, verder naar Pebble Beach en de beroemde 17-Mile Drive. Of richting Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row en Fisherman's Wharf bij het historische centrum van Monterey met zijn winkels en restaurants.

Wandel over Ocean View Boulevard naar Lover's Point Park en huur een fiets of surrey (4-persoons fiets), reis langs de Monterey Bay Coastal Trail naar het Aquarium, Cannery Row en Old Fisherman's Wharf en verder! Bewaar de parkeertarieven omdat u nooit uw auto hoeft te nemen. Fietsverhuur is beschikbaar in het Lover's Point Park (naast de snackbar) en ook in Cannery Row. Het enige dat nodig is, is minder dan 10 minuten rijden naar Carmel-by-the-Sea; een geweldig dorp in Europese stijl met winkels, restaurants, wijntour, kunstgalerijen en meer.

Ocean Front Home, naar Monterey Bay Aquarium (~ 1, 3 mijl), Pebble Beach Resort (ongeveer 5 min), 17-Mile Drive (5 min. Rijden), Cannery Row (~ 1, 4 mijl) en Fisherman's Wharf (~ 2 mijl). Laat uw auto bij het huis achter en geniet van een wandeling langs het recreatieterrein langs de oceaan naar de bovengenoemde attracties.

Geweldige plekken om te wandelen, golfen, kajakken, fietsen, romancing of helemaal niets te doen. Geniet gewoon van het uitzicht op de oceaan !!

Beautiful location and super convenient for exploring Carmel and Monterey. Tons of sea otter spottings! House was very clean and had everything we needed, but the furnishings are very simple/a bit outdated - office chairs in the living room area, super creaky bed with old mattresses, one of the showers is very small (perfect for me since I'm short, but was a little tricky for my taller husband). Overall the view, cleanliness, proximity to other locations, and charm of the area make this a great spot.

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed to enjoy a week in Pacific Grove. The location was perfect and centrally located which allowed us to enjoy everything. We had one blip which the property manager immediately resolved. I would love to return to this area for vacation. I would definitely stay at this beautiful home again if I return.

Property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The snacks and coffee provided were really appreciated. Location was the best! Especially for car week. We could walk to downtown for meals or the car show and bike to Monterey for shopping. For me, sheets were a little rough but no one else thought so. Would definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood was safe, walking friendly, and close to great restaurants. The walk to Lover's Point was nice and the seals were visible from the house during morning coffee. Stay here!

The location & place itself was wonderful! It was right across the street from the ocean. The place was very clean, had plenty of towels & blankets. We walked a lot to restaurants & short drives to the aquarium & other places. The communal pool wasn’t as close as we expected. The only thing I wished we had was an assigned parking space. We came home late one evening & the spot in front of the house was taken so we had to park across the street.

Location, location, location

As the title says, this place is in the perfect spot for everything. Walk across the street for a great trail along the coast. Walkable to nice restaurants and activities. We rented a car so we explored out a little farther, which was nice. The property was very clean and more than enough room for the 4 of us. I was a little nervous about not having air conditioning but we never needed it during our stay in June. In fact we used the fireplace a few times early in the morning. It doesnt look like it but parking was never a problem. We would stay here, should we be in the area again!!

I’ve stayed in Carmel and it’s great but pacific grove was more quiet and the views were amazing. House was perfect for us and a great ocean trail is right out the door. We had our coffee looking at the ocean. Host was fantastic and all the little things were there

Ocean Vacation Bliss!

Our stay here was amazing! The house is in the best location for nature watching and taking a nice run or walk or bike ride up the coast in either direction. We watched sea otters for hours from the deck upstairs and the upstairs bedroom. We saw dolphins and seals from the house too! From the house we could walk to restaurants, shops, and coffee spots. The house had everything we needed and the beds were comfy! We felt very safe there even though the house is on a main road. Pacific Grove is a perfect spot and not crowded at all. We will definitely come back, but for longer next time!

Beautiful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property included all necessary amenities and several small touches that made our stay with smaller children easier. We loved taking walks along the ocean trail and watching the wildlife from the windows. On a particularly warm evening, the sound of the ocean waves lulled us to sleep with the windows open. I was a bit worried about close from the road, but it was minimal and not disruptive at all.

The view takes the cake!

The view exceeded expectations. Each day sunrise and sunsets were gorgeous and the animals came out to play (sea lions and otters). Location was so convenient with both walkable restaurants/stores as well as things that were just a quick drive (ex. aquarium). My only recommendation is a more thorough job in cleaning the place as there was dried spilled coffee down the cabinet (below the coffee machine). The downstairs room with the futon could be dressed up a bit to feel less like you’re sleeping in a closet (first step would be to sweep the cobwebs). Despite the small things mentioned, it was a lovely location. Our family had a great time.

Fabulous location

Our family of six including two young grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had what we needed. The view was fantastic! We could see otters floating in the kelp. The location was perfect- across from the ocean and coastal trail. We hope to come back.

Fabulous!

What a fabulous location and a perfectly equipped home (games, books and the VIEW). We had everything we needed and more! We had a senior, young family with baby and a couple and the house could not have been more perfect. We had the family of three upstairs in a room with a porta-crib and we could play games, visit, laugh (oh yes, a glass of wine or two) and the baby couldn't hear us and we couldn't hear her in the night when she woke up . . . perfect! We never ended up on the upstairs deck, but the front desk was PERFECT! Grace was more than accommodating - after a morning at the Monterey Bay Aquarium (great 1.4 mile walk), we were locked out - being extra careful, I guess - after a quick message to Grace, we were back into the house and the baby was asleep in 5! I would highly recommend this home and look forward to returning next year! Thank you, Grace, for everything!!
