Welcome to the most exclusive, extravagant private beachfront villa for rent in the South Pacific. Set on 2 acres directly on Loloma Beach and minutes away from Pacific Harbour, Villa Takali is your own secure private sanctuary, 10,000sqft of luxury, fully staffed with every possible luxury imaginable. Villa Takali has featured in numerous international TV and Movie productions.

Our chefs prepare 3 meals a day with hot selection for breakfast, choices of dishes for lunch and three course dinners all prepared to the quality that you would expect at a high end resort and this cost of this is charged at US$80 a day per adult and US$50 per child. Our chef will be in contact prior to your stay to discuss menu preferences. There are various menu options available each day as well as special cultural, celebration and tasting menus at no additional cost. Additionally we cater for all dietary requirements. We also have a full bar on site and your host Tukini is a wonderful cocktail barman. All drinks are charged at wholesale cost plus a tiny margin to cover delivery. As no cash is a accepted on site we take a US$50 per day per adult deposit to cover the bar tab with the unused portion returned along with the security deposit after departure.

The layout is as follows:

Master suite. King bed, sofa suitable as single for child and can accommodate up to 3 further children on rollaway beds. There is a large walk in wardrobe with window and air conditioning that accommodates a cot for a baby if required.

Suite above main living Can be made up as twin or King.

Suite 3 (upstairs). King Bed with sofa suitable for 1 child.

Suite 4 King Bed with sofa (or rollaway) suitable for 1 child and can accommodate and extra child on rollaway if required.

Kids Retreat. 2 bunks, sofa bed and trundle bed (so sleeps max 6). Because of the layout of the villa (i.e. all rooms being in separate buildings) this room was built either for a young family or teenage kids in mind. If young kids (mine are 13, 11 and 8yrs old) want to stay here it means one of their older cousins or a nanny will usually be staying with them.

The sea in front of the villa is usually calm and has a completely sandy bottom and we have a two person sea kayak and a stand up paddle board on site. We have a 3D 120" cinema with a library of over 800 films. Finally as you can see in the photo's we have an all weather lit tennis court with basketball hoop. We have a 18 hole Trent Jones Jnr designed golf course 5 minutes down the road, white water rafting, Island BBQ trips, zip lining all available in the local area and your host Tukini will be more than happy to start a dialog with you and help your with reservations.

Villa Takali is 40km (40min) from Suva and 140km (2hrs) from Nadi or Denarau. We also have a helipad and runway 3 min from Villa Takali which means we can be reached in 20 minutes from Nadi airport if guests prefer.
