'Painters Lodge!...a great get-away.The reception staff welcoming and so friendly!!
We had a lovely view of the water. The room was spacious. My only thing was••• the bed could use better blankets. It was a bit cool. Perhaps they are coming with the upcoming renovations.
All in all Painters Lodge did not disappoint.'

Basic room had a shared bath and of course was less pricy
We decided to book it as of our budget matched
Good periods we spent beside being very safe location in heart of city of surrey just 20 min to burnet where we aimed to go

'It was very clean & it appeared that lots of upgrades had been done with new flooring, new bathroom fixtures, new windows & furniture. The bed was very comfortable & we had a good nights sleep. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was sufficient for our needs. Loved the fancy coffee machine. Great price. Would stay here again. '

'An was a great host. When the fireplace area was filling up he rearranged the seating to accommodate us all. His fire building skills are first class! Thanks for making our stay more than comfortable.'
