'The atmosphere is very professional, zen and minimalist. The food was excellent, but fitting with Japanese culture, small portions. There doesn’t appear to be room service outside of basic necessities, like towels, extra coffee, etc. (I could have just not known how to look/order off the very handy tablet). '

Also, would have expected a booking under the category of Bed and Breakfast to have actually included breakfast... instead its ONE $12 voucher per room (not person) per night, for a cafe down the street. "Prima hotel, wel oud en wat gedateerd. We kregen een gratis upgrade naar een junior suite. Nu hadden we een heel groot king size bed en een extra woonkamer met bank en fauteuils en een extra tv.
Wel kreeg je pas warm water in de douche als je eerst warm water bij de wastafel gebruikte. Douche was niet schoon, spinnenweb hing aan t plafond, en veel schimmel en eea was ook stuk.
