Prive Ocean Front House in de Bay Area

Onze Pacific Oceanfront, once-in-a-Lifetime thuis, ligt op enkele minuten van het centrum van San Francisco, Berkeley en Silicon Valley, en biedt een geweldige plek om een ​​week of weekend door te brengen, of een gezellig en rustig toevluchtsoord waar je in slaap kunt vallen met het geluid van golven.

Kijk uit voor dolfijnen, walvissen, zeevogels, zeehonden en zeilboten van ons enorme dek en buitenterras. De gas grill, patio meubels, en tuin zorgen voor een geweldige onderhoudende en foto kansen als je kijkt naar de zon over de Stille Oceaan. Onze volledig gemeubileerde, volledig uitgeruste woning heeft een open woon / eetkamer / keukenplan met een eettafel naast een open haard en een grand piano met gezellige zitplaatsen - tegenover de oceaan. Geniet van draadloos internet met 150 Mbps download en 10 Mbps upload-snelheden, Xfinity-kabel met 200 kanalen en XBox360 in onze woonkamer. De keuken van de chef-kok is gebouwd voor familie en vrienden en wordt geleverd met een Wolf-gasfornuis / dubbele bakplaat / 2 ovens, een enorm kookeiland en een tegenruimte, en is voorzien van een Jura one-touch Espressomachine, magnetron, Thermomix, Bosch vaatwasser en alle voorzieningen. De in-house H3 wasmachine / droger voegt het gemak toe, net als vrijwel gratis en veilige straat parkeren. We omvatten alle meubels, linnengoed, keukenbehoeften, nutsvoorzieningen, tuinverzorging en draadloos internet.

Ons huis aan zee ligt in een vriendelijke, private buurt en klaar voor uw vakantie met het gezin, een uitje voor meisjes of een uitstapje met het paar. Vind zandstranden, surfen, piervissen en aangename wandelroutes direct bij de deur, maar ook supermarkten en biologische markten en een paar smakelijke lokale cafés en eetgelegenheden. Wij zijn aan zee, maar omringd door Golden Gate en State Parks (Mori Point, San Pedro Valley, Sweeney Ridge) voor wandelen en mountainbiken, en op 1 km van de openbare golfbaan van Sharp Park.

Dit huis heeft een gemakkelijke toegang tot Highway1 en is 12 minuten naar de luchthaven SFO, 12 minuten naar het centrum SF op I280, 40 minuten met de BART of de auto naar Berkeley, en is 30 minuten naar Stanford, Sand Hill of 35 minuten naar Cupertino.

AMAZING!!

My husband and I took my little sister and her family on vacation with us and this home was amazing! It’s well stocked for everything and everyone! The view is breath taking and super close to beaches in both directions! This was our 6th stay at this property. As always, the owners are absolutely meticulous, organized and generous beyond words! Beautiful note and wine left for my birthday, furnishings are comfy and deliberate in their functionality, and THE OCEAN! There is absolutely NOTHING like opening the front door and having that initial view of the ocean roiling and playing down the backyard cliff! We never sleep better than when we are sleeping at Cathy & Tom's beautiful thought out home in Pacifica!

Excellent location

I've been searching rentals and hotels up and down the west coast for ocean view properties and this is by far the BEST location so far. The ocean is practically in the back yard. I know most people go to these towns to run around sight-seeing and going to the sandy beach. But I just wanted a place I could go and relax and enjoy the ocean in solitude. This was it! There were benches in the back yard where we could privately enjoy the ocean at any time of day or night. The house was well stocked with games, puzzles, kitchen appliances and utensils. There's no Keurig but there's a standard drip coffee pot or a fancy Breville machine. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Nice comfy couch. Even with the doors and windows closed at night you can hear the ocean waves crashing. You can even lay on the bed during the day and see the whales splashing around in the ocean. I'm definitely renting this place again if possible.

For a small family outing (4 adults) it was fantastic. We enjoyed the absolutely stunning views and saw many marine animals (seals, dolphins and many humpback whales). Wonderful, quiet oceanfront home with easy access to SF

This home was perfect for our family’s visit to SF. It was very clean and well-equipped with ample cookware, dishes, spices, oils, etc. for preparing meals. The living area felt cozy but spacious, and we had a great time tinkering on the piano and playing some of the many available games. The hosts were great to communicate with and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Pacifica itself is a quiet, sleepy town which provided a nice reprieve from the hubbub of SF. We enjoyed grabbing a coffee at Cafe Pacifica and strolling the promenade along the beach. Nearby Mori Point was an easy hike and worth a visit. We were immensely lucky that a large group of humpback whales were hanging in the waters of Pacifica during our stay. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience watching whales from sunup to sundown, often just a couple hundred yards from our back window. Everything we planned to do was an easy drive from Pacifica, including Muir Woods, SF, San Jose, and Santa Cruz, so it worked very nicely from a logistics perspective. When touring the area, be sure to dress in layers and be prepared for a wide range of temps. SF has microclimates so you may need anything from coat/hat/gloves to shorts and a tank top depending on the day/hour/location.

Fantastic Time in Pacifica!

We had the most amazing stay at this property; everything we needed was provided and you just can't beat the views and sounds of the ocean. We had all kinds of plans while we were in the area but some of our most cherished memories are of just being at the property, playing games, and relaxing.

Oceanfront House

We heard the gorgeous sound of the waves all the time and seagulls floated by our windows. Very quiet and serene. Open Kitchen/livingroom gave an expansive and homey feel. Matress in master is firm and fantastic. Bathrooms were a bit small but practical. The hosts were extremely responsive with integrity. We spend a lot of time exploring Half Moon Bay which is a 10 minute drive from Pacifica.

We were most pleased with our stay at Ocean-Front Home. The house is clean, our stay was comfortable, the Pacific Ocean is literally the backyard, and the city is in close proximity. Location location location!

The property hosts have thought of EVERYTHING that makes a lovely beach stay. Cords everywhere for charging our devices, motion-sensitive night lights to keep us safe, abundant kitchen supplies for those who resemble a chef more than I do, drawers and cupboards full of spices and condiments, even guitars and ukuleles come along with the grand piano! The Abels are very generous people, allowing us to use all of this. The home was clean; there was a binder of instructions to make everything usable. Of course, the most important part was the view of the Pacific, and pelicans, and the pier! Lovely location!

Family time

We enjoyed a wonderful, tranquil week spending time together with my 98yr old mother. Every morning was spent enjoying coffee and tea and looking out the scenic windows for whales and finally on the last day, rewarded with one, spouting in the distance-just magnificent! The home is small but with great open design, definitely met our needs for 3 adults and visitors. Kitchen was very user friendly and well equipped, the large dining table and kitchen counter area was great, living room seating was comfortable to view the large tv and the outdoor area overlooking the Pacific was fantastic! The owners were in constant communication during our stay and were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. Everything about this rental is accurate as described and did not disappoint. It is truly an A+ rental and I would not hesitate to rent again. Situated in the cute town of Pacifica, with SF and the entire Bay Area nearby, this is truly an idea location. Oceana Market met all our needs and washer/dryer was a bonus! ARIGATOU Cathy and Tom!

Seamless and beautiful stay

We spent a beautiful Christmas in this gorgeous home with all the creature comforts and stunning view! Cathy and Tom were lovely to check in on us when the weather turned and the waves soared. Our recent stay at Cathy & Tom’s vacation home was nothing short of extraordinary. Every inch of the interior has been renovated to perfection. The most amazing house – better than the photos

This house had everything you could possibly ask for. The kitchen had so many appliances. We had fun learning how to use the wonderful Breville espresso machine. It has a built-in tutorial that is hands-on that really taught us how to use it The deck on the ocean is much closer than it looks in the pictures The hosts were lovely, personable and helpful. The place was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, multiple charging cords were provided, and the view was amazing! This house is dog friendly, with a fenced-in yard There is lots to do in Pacifica and the neighboring cities. A short drive to Golden Gate Park, Half Moon Bay, and everything in between. So many good beaches for the dog too! We will definitely be back!!

Relax and recharge by the ocean

It is a wonderful surprise to enter a rental property and have it surpass expectations. We felt fully welcomed into someone’s home. For the style of two bedroom ranch home sitting right above the crashing waves of the pacific, this place is beautifully and practically appointed. The kitchen is spectacular. If you love to cook even while vacationing, this is the place. The hosts are welcoming, accessible and make it clear they want you to feel like like family. Enjoy!!

Great family getaway

Great family getaway. Home is very clean & thoughtfully stocked. Perfect to cook for full family while watching the whales, dolphins, sea birds and even a lone seal through the amazing front window. Owners are very responsive. Safe neighborhood in reach of the city.
