'We had a terrible experience. They did not have the room we reserved and said the only room in the hotel that was available had less beds than we needed for our family. Then the room did not have enough pillows for my family and staff said there were no more pillows in the entire hotel. My child had to use a stuffed animal for a pillow. The pull out bed had no bedding. We were told several times the manager would contact us to make the situation right. Even after speaking to staff at the time...

'Helaas geen bar, lounge of aangewezen plek om te overleggen. Was bekend, maar wel erg kaal en sober. De 'lobby' is direct naast de entree/schuifdeur, allerminst comfortabel. Zwembad is onmogelijk klein. Erg gehorige kamers, verkeersgeluid is ook erg aanwezig. Geen luchtverversing, behalve dan een blower die erg veel geluid maakt. Koelkast maakt erg veel geluid. Beide apparaten de eerste nacht direct uitgeschakeld. van alle hotels die ik heb bezocht is dit een van de minst prettige.'
