Located in Padenghe sul Garda, in a residence with stunning panoramic views of Lake Garda and a swimming pool, this spacious and modern three-room apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests!



The apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi internet connection, welcomes guests with a bright living room featuring a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, dining table with chairs, and access through a French door to the terrace with a beautiful lake view.

The apartment continues with a separate kitchen equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus juicer, coffee machine, and toaster; a bedroom with a French double bed (140x180 cm) and wardrobe; and a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and WC.

Both the kitchen and the bedroom overlook the rear balcony of the apartment.



Upstairs, the apartment features the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with bathtub, sink, bidet, and WC.



The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms.



Guests can make use of a private garage and one private outdoor parking space within the residence, allowing parking for a total of two cars.

The residence swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th.



Guests may request a baby cot and high chair at an extra cost of €5 per night each.

Pets are allowed upon request, with a small additional fee.



Self check-in service is available: a few days before arrival, all necessary instructions will be sent to access the property independently.

Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, payment of a tourist tax may be required, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.



Padenghe is a town on the Brescia side of Lake Garda, surrounded by the greenery of the morainic hills. This area is the production zone of the most important D.O.C. wine of the Brescia province: “Garda Classico.” The Castle of Padenghe sul Garda hosts theatre companies for interesting evenings, musical groups, and historical and folkloric reenactments that enliven the pleasant evenings after a day spent boating or at the beach. This area of Lake Garda also offers many nightlife venues for younger guests.



There are also long walks, cycling paths, fields, a rich program of events, and golden beaches to enjoy during the summer season. The beaches of Padenghe sul Garda are beautiful in every season, as is the mysterious and romantic historic center.



The apartment is located 10 minutes by car from Desenzano train station and about 30 minutes from the airport.
