Summary:

Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor of a complex of four apartments, with an exclusive porch and lake view.

Inside there is a large living room with a fireplace and double sofa bed, a dining area and a separate kitchen.

There are two large bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and two bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine.

The apartment does not have air conditioning. The first set of bed linen and towels is provided.
