- BEDROOM I with double bed (1.90 x 1.60 m), bedside tables, wardrobe, and ceiling fan;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds (1.90 x 0.75 m), bedside tables, wardrobe, ceiling fan and access to the veranda;

- BATHROOM I with sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BATHROOM II with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- VERANDA with access from Bedroom II, with sink, wardrobe, and washing machine;

- BALCONY with access from the living room.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

It will be possible to enter in the apartment from 15:00.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 01:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:

EUR 30 for arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00

EUR 50 between 23:00 and 01:00.

It is not possible to check-in after 01:00.

The apartment is located in a period building just steps from two of Padua's most beautiful squares: Piazza dei Signori and Piazza delle Erbe. Every morning, the daily fruit and vegetable market enlivens Piazza delle Erbe, drawing crowds to the ritual of breakfast and coffee in the many bars and historic pastry shops, some of the most famous, where Paduans love to meet and chat, especially during the summer.

The majestic Palazzo della Ragione, with its historic shops below, divides Piazza delle Erbe from Piazza della Frutta, where you can enjoy a break with a famous Paduan spritz, especially in the evening.

The historic Caffè Pedrocchi, the ancient University known as Bo, and the Palazzo del Municipio are just steps from the property, as are Piazza dei Signori, the Duomo, the Baptistery, and the Old Ghetto.

- By car, the apartment is in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). Parking is available at the Garage Autorimessa Barbarigo, 1 minute on foot from the property.
