The Space
The apartment, located on the first floor of a completely renovated building, can accommodate up to four people and is ideal for those who want to spend anywhere from a few days to a few weeks or months in a quiet and exclusive location near all the points of interest in the renowned city of Padua.
Our apartment, fully equipped with all the appliances needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible, features state-of-the-art technology that will perfectly suit your needs; the design is modern and sophisticated.

The apartment is laid out as follows:
- Entryway with a coat rack and closet where you can store your jackets;
- A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: stovetop, oven, microwave, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. You’ll also find a table with two chairs where you can enjoy your meals, as well as a very convenient dishwasher;
- a bright living room with a comfortable, designer sofa and a large wooden table with genuine leather chairs; all of which will allow you to spend a quiet evening watching your favorite shows;
- sleeping area with two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, a very spacious closet, and a 43" (4K) Smart TV so you can watch your favorite series;
- In the two bathrooms, you’ll find: a sink, mirror, and a combined bidet and shower in one, and a whirlpool tub in the other; A welcome kit (shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion), a hair dryer, and towels of various sizes are provided for your use.

- On-site private garage in a locked, covered parking space measuring 2.40 meters x 4.90 meters; However, we want to make it clear from the start that entering and exiting the garage is a bit tricky. The parking space is located on level -1; to access it, you’ll need to take an elevator down to the basement, and from there, you’ll need to maneuver the car a bit to get into the garage. Exact measurements are listed above in the description and shown in the photos. It is therefore up to you whether or not to use the parking space, depending on the size of your car and your skill at maneuvering into the space.The cost of the garage is 10 euros per day.

The apartment, located on the first floor of the building, is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. Although it is located in a prime area of the city, the apartment has soundproof windows that allow you to enjoy peace and relaxation by completely blocking out outside noise.

Guest Access
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and is easily accessible by elevator (except for the first few steps) or by stairs.

Directions to the location will be provided after booking, along with information regarding arrival and check-in.

Please note that check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance with us.
We kindly ask that you notify us well in advance of your arrival time so that we can make the necessary arrangements and be waiting for you in front of the building.

Please note that a 30 EUR surcharge applies for late check-in between 8:00 PM and 11:30 PM.

Late check-out is available at this property but is subject to availability. All requests for check-out outside of the scheduled times are subject to approval by the property. Please note that a late check-out fee may apply; please inform the staff of the extra time you will need.
