The apartment, completely renovated and newly furnished, is ideal for those who want to spend their stay in a quiet, elegant, and exclusive setting while still being close to all the points of interest in the famous city of Padua.

The highlight is the exclusive, very spacious, and quiet terrace, which overlooks the inner courtyard.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals, and a comfortable sofa in front of which you’ll find a 45" Smart TV for a relaxing evening watching your favorite shows; this beautiful two-room apartment on the second floor, featuring exposed white wooden beams, also includes a kitchen equipped with appliances such as a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave, washing machine, etc.

In the bathroom, complete with toilet, sink, and shower, you’ll find a welcome kit (shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion) and towels of various sizes.

The apartment is meticulously maintained, equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. Although it’s located right in the city center, the apartment has soundproof windows that allow you to enjoy peace and relaxation by completely blocking out outside noise.

You’ll find a centralized VMC ventilation system—a forced-air recirculation system with room humidity control and air sanitization that eliminates up to 99% of bacteria and viruses in the air.

Outside, you’ll find a pleasant patio with sofas, armchairs, and coffee tables, where you can enjoy time with friends and family outdoors, relax, and/or work on your computer.

Guest Access
The apartment is located on the second floor of the residence and is easily accessible by elevator or via the building’s stairs.

The entrance to the residence is located at Via del Santo 121.

Directions to the property will be provided after booking, along with arrival and check-in information.

Other things to keep in mind
The exterior door to the property is electronically locked; simply enter the code provided and wait for it to open.

Please be careful not to push the door after entering the code, as the door will open and close automatically.
