'The AC wasnt working right. Continental breakfast ran out too quickly. The ice machines didnt work. The elevators were visibly dirty. The doors didnt close right, entrance and bathroom. The beds were clean which made the stay ok. The only staff member that was helpful was the person who checked us in and out. The pool was under rennovations.'

'Clean room, full kitchen and supplies, very close to pool, the pier walk out was super nice! Really enjoyed the pop up market that was there 6/13, office staff was sweet to my little. The only dislike that was not against the property was the consideration of some of the guest playing provocative, extremely loud music at the pool where my family was playing and bringing their little yappy, not friendly dog without a leash who would snap at children. 'The AC was out and so the room got super hot. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Neighbors were load, drinking and smoking in their rooms and outside. Never again will I use this place.'

'There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel.'

'Booked for a non smoking room, got to room, got a smoking room. Called from desk, man told me to come back to office to check my reservation, just to go all the way to the office and show I had a non smoking room reserved and he said well I don’t have any non smoking rooms available which I’m sure was a lie because why would he make me come up there just to not have another room available he just didn’t want to fix his mess up, he had a terrible attitude.
