It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and one toilet. Two bathrooms are en-suite bathrooms. In two bedrooms beds can be separated into twin beds. From every room, you can enjoy the stunning sea view.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar. The airy living area has an angled furniture arrangement, a flat TV, and air conditioning and exits to a terrace with a pool. The dining room is in a separate room next to the kitchen, which offers a beautiful sea view and an exit to the pool.
Villa Desert Rose features a heated pool which is a great option for guests coming in spring and autumn. In summer you can sunbathe and enjoy your favorite drink, while the children are on the playground. The wooden plateau has 8 beach chairs, 2 sun umbrellas, and an outdoor shower.
A wood-fired grill is also available. We recommend trying grilled meat and fish, from local fish markets or fishermen.
Crystal clear sea is just 100 m below the villa. It is ideal for sunbathing and observing the nearby islands like Vir, Molat, Ist, Maun, Planik, Olib and Brusnjak islands.The house is reached by a gravel road 2.78 km long through private plots where there are 3 gates that need to be opened and closed and which prevent the passage of sheep. Passenger cars pass the road without any problems.
