PET POLICY:
1.) Only 2 Dogs are allowed at the house and only with owner approval.
2.) Pet waste must be cleaned up outside (additional fees apply of $50)
3.) No pets on furniture or beds; (additional fees apply of $100)
4.) Damages made by pets will be billed separately.
5.) Pets MUST BE LEASHED outside, due to other units having pets as well.
