Perfect Lake Powell Accommodations
We've stayed in the Greenhaven area at other VRBO locations, but this one takes the cake! The home is spacious - large open kitchen/family area which was perfect for our family. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect with a parking spot for a boat. Only 10 minutes from Wahweap Marina, this is the ideal location for a day on the lake and cool comfort in the evening. We'll be back!

It has the following advantages Location Space Cleanliness isolation (extremely quite) The facility is clean, quite and has a great location for getting to schedules tours. The managements and their services are outstanding. Removes all headaches associated with selecting a place to stay.

Good place, but a few concerns…
We rented this property before and it was great so we tried it again! This time was a bit more rough. Our main reason for renting this spot was because of the big driveway making it easy for us to pull in, pull through, and pull out with our two trucks and trailers. This time a large boat was parked in the driveway making it impossible for us to park! And there was definitely no possible way to pull through. We would have greatly appreciated knowing that was there prior to renting or even our arrival. Second, there were a lot of black beetles inside the house. Yuck! They were all different sizes and everywhere. We couldn’t leave food on the table for more than a 1/2 hour or we would have little beetle friends show up. Lastly, we asked if we could just place coolers inside of the garage or house due to the 100+ temps and we were told it was “against policy”, but we could pay 1/2 a night (around a couple hundred dollars) and they would let us. Really? “Against policy” unless we pay? We rented a place in a similar location a couple years back and they were more than willing to let us just sit our coolers right inside while we went out on the lake, at no additional charge- it was no big deal. We had already rented the place and we weren’t asking to go inside or anything, just set them down so we could get them out of the direct sunlight. We feel they were a lot more helpful, understanding, and accommodating. Other than those few things the place is good.

Great view
Rooms in the house were nice with a spectacular view of lone rock and Wahweap. Plenty of outdoor parking space, however could use some more entertainment items for kids(games, board games for kids etc.). Overall, great views and enjoyed our time there.

Great home near Lake Powell
Home was clean, kitchen well stocked, and great parking options for boat and several cars. We've rented in this neighborhood before, but this one is definitely our favorite!

Clean and comfortable home base
We had a great stay in this home! We had two families that stayed here and found it clean, comfortable, and so convenient next to Lake Powell. After a long day of adventuring outdoors, it was wonderful to come home to this house to cook, shower, sleep, and recover for the next day. Would recommend as a great stay to friends and family.

A Perfect Setting for a Joyful Celebration!
This property was incredible! This was our third time to rent a home for our annual trip to Lake Powell and although we've been very happy with our past two rentals, this was one was by far our favorite in every way! The home was EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN, it's a beautiful layout for friends and family to have space when they need it, but to truly enjoy each other's company when eating, playing games, relaxing, etc. The home is beautifully decorated, the master bedroom felt like an upscale hotel room, the parking is plentiful, the view is amazing and the wrap around deck is great! My husband and I brought our son and his friends here to celebrate high school graduation at Lake Powell and they loved the place. My husband and I had ample space to hang out in the master and give them the rest of the house to celebrate their graduation after years of friendship stemming back to their elementary years. The drive to the marina was also quick easy...approximately five minutes. We plan to return to this home with the rest of our family and we know they'll be pleased. Honestly...couldn't have asked for a better, cleaner, more pleasant home.
