Not only just what we were looking for, it was a welcome change from the rather nondescript accommodations we had the previous ten days.
My wife and I are doing the "digital nomad" thing for a few months, travelling between ski towns in CO while working remotely. The setup here could not have been better; I worked at the small desk in the laundry/third bedroom and my wife set up at the larger desk in the living room. WiFi was fast and reliable and we could both visit the kitchen and bathroom without intruding on each others space. The kitchen was well stocked and thoughtfully laid out and the upstairs bedrooms very cozy with a ski cabin vibe.
The most fun (and unexpected) part of our stay as discovering all of the unique, custom touches throughout the house: a stock tank for the tub/shower basin, custom metalwork throughout including a very interesting light fixture that winds its way up the staircase, old doorknobs, recycled doors, a dining area that used to be what appears to be a repurposed garage, built in night lights in doorways with elevation transitions (be aware there are quite a few), what looked like hand-hewn wood countertops etc. It seemed like every day we discovered something new.
The location is within easy walking distance (15 minutes max) to the main hot springs and downtown. With a little exploration you'll find the nearby access to the San Juan Riverwalk which keeps you off of highway 160. Be aware that while the location is convenient you are just off the highway and across from a gas station so there is quite a bit of traffic at most times of day.
