Private, Custom home in Martinez Mountain Estates just about 10 minutes from Uptown shopping, restaurants and more. This home has great valley views and sits on 3.7 acres! 4,989 sf, 4 bedroom plus office. 3.5 bath, 4 car garage home. Across the street from the home, you'll find San Juan National Forest access in the Turkey Springs Trail System and the new Pagosa Lakes park perfect for the kiddos. This home is set to sleep 10 people. Call for the bed configurations. Regardless of the size, it is perfect for multi-generational family gatherings or groups of friends.

The kitchen/living room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the National Forest is perfect for entertaining and just hanging out with your family and friends catching up on old times. There is a wood burning fireplace as well as a sliding door to large deck in the front where you can enjoy outdoor meals in the shade as you overlook the verdant valley. Gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, double oven, cook top, island and Hickory Cabinets.

The huge master bedroom is just steps away and has gas log stove in the corner, master bath with separate walk in tiled shower and soaking tub and large walk-in closet. Also on main floor you'll find an office, 3 guest bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Downstairs you will find a family room/game room with large card/game table, pool table, games, TV, gas fireplace and more. Down on the lower level you will find another 1/2 bath and 4 car garage.

Fantastic outdoor spaces in both the front and back of the house. Covered decks, outdoor gas fire pit and covered back porch which is nicely landscaped with perennials. In the front, there is a perfect sledding hill for the snowy days.

This home is located in the Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association, which gives you access, for a fee, to the state-of-the-art exercise equipment, yoga and other classes, indoor pool(not available currently) and hot tub(not available currently) and more. You also can fish in the 4 great fishing lakes (summer and winter). Fishing passes for this area is required. Ask and we'll have the passes in your home when you arrive.

If that isn't enough.... This home is just minutes away from Coyote Hill trails for great hikes and if you have toys, there are miles of fun nearby. Our streets do not allow ATV's, Side by Sides, etc on them, but it is not far and great fun!

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

4WD cars highly recommended during the winter.

This home is a pet friendly home! 2 dog maximum(35 lbs or less). Dogs only. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.

This home does not have AC.

Family spring break ski vacay

We had a wonderful time in Pagosa Springs and enjoyed the house with plenty of room to spread out. The view was beautiful, especially with the fresh snow during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family experience

We stayed in this magnificent house for spring break with our friends and our teenage sons. The house was beautiful and spacious and provided the best atmosphere for relaxing after a day of skiing or cooking a meal together at the house. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home with lots of amenities

Our 4 generation family really enjoyed our vacation in this home. The entire property is beautiful and the view from the family room is spectacular. In the mornings we were treated to seeing a fox on its commute. The downstairs game room was a hit with everyone. The kitchen came extremely well equipped. I would like to point out that the sleeping accommodations in the office is really just an air mattress. Based on the description we had expected a pull out couch or futon or something of the sort so that was a little misleading. Also, I would recommend bringing firewood. We sent a text message to the management company (per instructions found in the home) during our stay asking for wood but didn't get a response. It was easy enough to buy some in town though. Those 2 minor inconveniences are the only thing preventing a 5 star review. Otherwise the home is fantastic and is even nicer in person than is presented in photos. We would love to stay here again.

Amazing Place to Stay!

We loved this property. Such a great place, good location, loved the large dinning table to play games, pool table, fireplaces! There is so many good things to say about this place. We will be back! Check in was easy and management made everything very smooth.

Great family getaway!

Our family of four had a great time staying at this property. We had more than enough room to spread out or be together. With the snow on the ground, the hill in the front of the property provided hours of tubing fun for our boys. The views from the living room and kitchen are stunning. We would definitely stay at this property again.
