We do not have unrealistic expectations. What is expected is very clearly stated in the VRBO agreement you agreed to when you booked our condo. As you can clearly see, our condo has great reviews and the families that rent from us respect and take care of our property like it is their own. Out towels, hand towels, wash cloths and dish towels were stained beyond usable for the next family checking in that day. I would not present these items for anyone to use. You stated that you used our towels/cloths to clean up ATV back packs and such. This was you statement on VRBO (Also, we used the towels, washcloths, etc to wash off from hiking and ATV, multiple days as well as to wash off our backpacks from said activities) Obviously very muddy. The towel rack in the bathroom was pulled away from the wall stripping the anchors/screws, as we had to at the last minute, hire a handy man to repair before the 4pm check in of our next renters. Yes, the condo was very dirty. My cleaning team does not lie. They are a great hard-working team. They spent extra time cleaning, arranging for a handyman and racing to Walmart to replace towels/stained items at the last minute. The 300 fee was your deposit we used to pay for the towel rack repair, extra cleaning and replacement of stained items.
