Adventure is just outside your door with a coveted San Juan National Forest location 30 miles from the Wolf Creek Ski Area. Sequester yourself among nature, or head less than 10 miles to downtown Pagosa Springs for more excitement. Children can sled on nearby hills in the winter months. After a day of fun, unwind with a soak in the private hot tub, a magnificent place for stargazing.

The vast upper deck offers numerous places to take in the picturesque scenery or catch the sunrise over the mountains. Breathe in the fresh air while you dine alfresco or have an intimate conversation with a cocktail at the bar-style table. Host a classic family cookout using the private gas grill if you fancy barbecue.

Inside, the oversized kitchen provides another option for meal prep, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a bonus wine fridge, pristine granite countertops, and a breakfast bar for three. Spread out and relax between the upstairs lounge and the open-layout living area, which boasts a soaring ceiling, a beautiful stone fireplace, and a wall of windows. The upstairs gallery has a large corner desk and a comfy chair if anyone needs a traveling office.

The ground-floor primary bedroom guests will be delighted with the enormous space with outdoor access and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a freestanding shower, and a luxurious garden tub. One of the upstairs bedrooms also has an en suite bathroom.

Additional amenities include Wifi, central air-conditioning, and a spacious laundry room with a private washer/dryer and a utility sink.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
