'Great place for the price. immediate area around the house is on an alley but we were not there for a backyard environment. The hot spring resorts are walking distance and skiing is a 1/2 hour drive away. Lots of hiking close by also. Several bars and restaurants can be walked to in 5 minutes or less. The unit was very clean, good kitchen, bathroom and washer/dryer was great.'

We came to Pagosa for a long weekend with our kiddos to enjoy the hot springs, also amazing, and coming home to this comfy property felt like home. 'This home right on the river was a peaceful home base for a mother-daughter getaway. After a day of exploring, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the cozy blankets provided and listening to the sound of the river while watching geese. When it got chilly, we went in and turned on the fireplace. Our host had thought of every little detail.'

'Overall nice place. Was nice to have a hot tub at the end of a long day of skiing. Great location close to downtown - grocery store, ho springs, other shopping. Some things to know - this place only has one bathroom, which we knew before renting but others may not know. Also the wood floors for the stairs and second floor are creaky/noisy. These are not major issues, just something to be aware of. Overall we enjoyed the place.'

'Very welcoming and cozy condo. The host having cleaning supplies, a lot of great dishware and toiletries really available was a very pleasant surprise. So if you forgot something at home you had it available. The host was very prompt in responding to any questions as well. If I find myself ever visiting Pagosa Springs again I'll definitely look for this place!'

'Great property. Well stocked for kitchen needs and bed linens, very clean, and generally well kept up. The single problem we had was the tv wouldn't work, but the owner tried to work with us to fix it. Everything else was excellent-a comfortable and clean stay for a ski trip.'

'This house was perfect for 10 adults to ski Wolf Creek. Loved the large gathering area with the wall of windows for watching the snow. It is hard to find a home with so many king beds which was awesome!!! The location was perfect, close to town and shopping, but away from all the traffic.
