'Loved this property and would go back. However, we didnt have any idea where in the building to enter nor which doors which codes went to. I put this more on Expedia than the property itself however as I assume this is Expedia not passing along pertinent details. Within the building there were multiple coded doors. We just kept trying the code until we found a door it worked on. Downtown is under major construction so that might kill the vibe for some people, but we thoroughly enjoyed our...

'Stayed five nights with wife, two daughters, and five grandchildren. Plenty of room for everyone. House was very clean and well equipped. Beautiful Mountain View with large table on deck for outdoor meals, relaxing, bird and wildlife watching (big buck deer ran right by deck). Had a wonderful and relaxing time with family. '

'We had a great stay in Pagosa Springs. This cozy condo was perfect for our weekend. Right on the main drag near all the shops and restaurants and a short walk to the Riverwalk and hot springs. Exactly as advertised. Reasonably priced and the reserved parking spot behind the building made it very convenient. Would definitely recommend!'

'We loved this home! Awesome to have two dishwashers, 2 large refrigerators, 4 washers n 4 dryers. The kids loved the canoes and dock. What a plus to have fishing poles and life jackets. The pool table was also a hit!! We loved the views from the back deck and the convenience to get places. '

'Location of property was great. Had a beautiful view of the valley from the front porch. House was very clean and the host was very helpful. Had mule deer, 2 fox every night come on the property. The water was shut off for about 4 hrs on our last day due to city making repairs on main line. The only complaint I have is there was no TV in the living area. The TV was located on the second floor and I’m not able to climb stairs. Overall I’m very pleased with the rental of this house. '
