'We needed one night and this fit the bill. Very clean, had all that we needed in terms of kitchen supplies, bedding was excellent and beds were comfortable. The showers worked great. Communication from the seller was very helpful. Price was high for one night, however, it was just one night. Overall I'd rent this unit again for a stay in Pagosa Springs.'

The kitchen was perfectly stocked if you choose to cook; mornings were so cozy and comfortable in front of the gas fireplace and the porch table overlooking the San Juan River was ideal for cards or games.
