Mooi huisje op 32 beboste hectare in Lost Pines Forest

LET OP: Wegens een verknoeien van hun kant HomeAway / VRBO shows alleen en verzamelt 6% staatsbelasting en verzamelt Bastrop County's 7% toeristenbelasting niet. U ontvangt een betalingsverzoek voor de extra 7%. Ik verontschuldig me. Ik heb HomeAway gevraagd om dit probleem te verhelpen, maar dat is niet zo.

Stand-alone rookvrij pension gebouwd in 2016. Aandelen gated access en 32 hectare bos met drie huizen bezet door eigenaar en eigenaar familieleden. Andere huizen zijn niet zichtbaar vanaf het pension. Huis heeft 2 slaapkamers met queensize bedden en woonkamer met slaapbank in de woonkamer. Er is een volledig bad en een half bad. De twee volledig overdekte veranda's zijn volledig ingericht met tafels en stoelen. Ongeveer 8 mijl van Bastrop State Park en Sherwood Forest Faire.

Het huis heeft volledig functionerende keuken en wasruimte met beperkte benodigdheden voor beide ingericht. Er is geen internet service anders dan uw eigen smartphones. Er is een HD-tv die lokale zenders ontvangt en een dvd-speler.

Bosrijk gebied heeft wandelroutes en veel wild leven zoals herten, eekhoorns, schildpadden, hagedissen, schunks en slangen. Wandelaars worden gewaarschuwd om voorzichtig te zijn met het omdraaien van rotsen en bomen, aangezien deze worden gesteund door schorpioenen en koperslangen. Onroerend goed is de thuisbasis van vijf grote vriendelijke honden die waarschijnlijk hallo op quests zullen zeggen. Vriendelijke honden worden verwelkomd als quests en buiten kennels zijn beschikbaar als u uw huisdieren voor langere tijd moet verlaten.

Great place to relax near Bastrop

Perfect for dogs and humans

This cottage is perfect! We have two rescue dogs who never get to go anywhere fun because of their anxiety. We were finally able to vacation with our dogs! The fenced yard was a blessing, as were the trails around the property that were easy enough for our elderly dog. They had a blast!The cottage was exceptionally clean. I was worried there would be evidence of other visiting dogs, but there was not any fur, dog prints, fleas, smells, etc. The dishes, appliances, and linens were clean as well.We had complete privacy. We saw another car pass by on the gravel road once or twice, but it was not intrusive. Thank you, Jim, for offering a lovely opportunity for our dogs to experience their first vacation!

Great Cottage & Outdoor Space, Friendly Host

The house was comfortable and we appreciated all the little touches - the water in the fridge, the extra pillows and blankets, the washer/dryer, the entertainment (movies, games, etc.) that made it feel like we were staying in a home vs a hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The beds were a bit firm for us, but everything else was very nice.

Super Comfy and Dog Friendly!

Absolutely loved our stay! One of our favorites so far! Very dog friendly. Our girls loved walking the trails and playing back at the cabin in the fenced in area. Felt completely safe letting them off leash to play. The Cabin is super cute and well stocked with some basics for humans and fur babies! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Nicely done

The house had everything one would need to be comfortable with pets. There were only two glitches - the fenced yard was fenced with wire that was larger in format than hog wire- so my 7 pound dog could walk right through it 😬. The other was more our fault - we didn’t know how to operate the thermostats, and the temperature dropped pretty quickly. However, the owner and his daughter responded immediately to get us warmed up. Otherwise, we were very pleased, and would recommend it to anyone planning a stay in that area.

Had a great time with family and 2 cats.

I was very glad that this property allowed my family to spend our vacation in Paige with our cats. It was great fun! The land around the cottage is beautiful, and the hiking trails are simple but sufficient. The fire pit made perfect smores. The DVD/Blu-ray disc player and games brought some evening entertainment for the family too. The only complaint is that the location can be easily overlooked when driving along the highway, but its not something to turn away from. The house and yard are definitely worth it!

5-Day Getaway

5 day vacation with my wife. Very nice cottage in a very cute town with everything you need close by. Visited the local parks for the hiking trails, downtown for some shopping and a very nice dinner. Nice to get away from the city but still not feel too far from civilization.

Highly recommend!

What a perfect place for our girls getaway. It was clean and comfortable with lots of amenities and beautifully decorated for the Fall season. Our hosts were very helpful when we asked them for suggestions of places to eat. The location was great, 12 minutes from downtown Bastrop. Loved roasting marshmallows for s’mores over the fire pit in the backyard. Note the half mile gravel road to the cottage from the main road if that concerns you, but we had no problem with it. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
