First floor (accessible by stairs)
- On the landing is the laundry room with a tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing board and steam generator.
- Family bedroom: A double bed (140×190), a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a desk.
- Bedroom 2: A double bed (140×190) and a dressing table
- Bedroom 3: A double bed (140×190) and a desk
- Bathroom with bath and double washbasin
- Separate WC

Outside
- A private 8×4m swimming pool, open from May to September, protected by a retractable dome and fenced off with a secure gate for children's access. It is heated to 28°C. Equipped with a chlorine-free bio-UV treatment. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change.
- A jacuzzi for up to 5 people, available all year round and equipped with a safety cover with a simplified opening mechanism. Minors under 16 years of age are not permitted
- A 100 m² fenced garden with a small gate giving access to the swimming pool. It is equipped with a year-round private spa in the lounge area and sun loungers.
- A south-facing terrace of around 45 m², with a pergola forming the dining area, a Weber gas barbecue with cover, followed by garden furniture with armchairs, sofa and parasol.

The house is located in a small country village in the heart of the countryside. On one side, the centre of Paimpont and the Abbey, on the other, Merlin's tomb, the Hindrés oak, the Trémelin lake and on the other, the Compère castle, the Guillotin oak...
Paimpont town centre with its shops is 3 km from the accommodation. Plélan-le-Grand (12km) has a supermarket.

Events nearby
- In Paimpont there are events all year round, the biggest ones being during the summer season, such as the circus festival in June, which attracts 7/8,000 people.

- If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the house (4 to 5 cars).
- In Paimpont town centre, a bus stop can take you to Rennes bus station.
