'The updated WiFi works great! I have a kitchenette unit, it is very spacious, and very easy to use appliances. The bed and pillow are heavenly, and this is a huge must for me as I suffer from neck and back issues. The staff are all very accommodating and friendly. I will say, if you don’t like the sound of sirens, this wouldn’t work for you, as there are plenty, due to being right next to the local hospital. '

I redialed the number and was assured by the front desk my reservation was fine. I asked if the pool and hot tub were working and told they were. 'The room was clean but smelled VERY strongly of cleaning product chemicals when we arrived at 5pm. We left and returned at 9pm and the smell was still strong. It is directly across the street from EQC casino and a busy road so it is VERY loud. We could not sleep the entire night. They require a $60 in cash only deposit that you get back at check out. 'Really lovely room - much bigger than we anticipated! Best free hotel breakfast I've experienced. We were at an event at Puyallup fairgrounds and this was an excellent place to stay!'

'Could not enter lobby. Had to do transaction through a "ticket window". Had to sign the back of a "paper". He said he needed that for expedia. Room was horrific soiled bedding, cigarette burns in bedding, etc. People walking on the outside of rooms looking in the windows. I went back to the window and told him I wouldn't stay there and that I wanted a refund. He said he would ask Expedia to refund it.I just wanted out of there.
