No hot water, had to have a cold shower before an early morning flight. Called reception and they said they had to run a tap to heat up the water! The very least i expect of a hotel is hot water, the room was filthy, black gunk around the taps, the bathroom smelled bad and they have a moth infestation. Dated, tired and completely awful.

This property is right on the airport property so serves the purpose of getting to the airport for early flights. Service and food were good but the hallways and rooms could use a refresh. Threadbare carpet and tubs that need reglazing. It was also difficult to find the drive in entrance after having to pay the $5.50 fee for driving through the airport we returned our car and walked to the hotel. Better entrance signage would have been appreciated.

I was put in a room on the 5th floor. There was work going on with areas covered in plastic. When in the room 521 I found that the towel dryer was broken. the plastic cover for the electric was broke and on the wall plug it said "Damaged casing - 8/23". I did speak to a man at front desk who said "he though it had been sorted". But for that I had a quiet night.

Noisy - we were given a room with an adjoining room door. The kid next door was pretty noisy and we could hear their TV until they settled down around 10:30pm. Bit annoying as we were getting up around 5:00am for our flight. Room was fine for 1 night.

1.Dust on base of standard lamp in bedroom. 2. Tea and coffee tray in bedroom very low down I had to kneel on the floor and awkward to pour hot water. 3. Food area would do better with table numbers on them as staff were back and forward with orders and didn’t know where to go as a result food wasn’t that hot. Overall a pleasant stay just a few adjustments needed. On the positive the beds were absolutely fabulous very comfortable and spacious we were in a twin room, and all staff professional and courteous. I will book again for June 5th overnight stay.

The room was very tired and dilapidated. A tear in divan, a hole in the carpet and the desk chair should have been thrown out a long time ago, it seriously wasn’t fit for purpose. Unfortunately we won’t be staying at the Holiday Inn by Glasgow airport again.

We stay here every time we have an early flight. It has good food and bar, and public areas are well maintained. Staff are great. The rooms, however, are hit or miss. Some are refreshed and some are really showing age. We just stayed in a two single bed room. Clean, great beds, but the chair looked like it had been attacked by 20 cats. Good signage in the bathroom for safety and it had a bathmat. TV appeared not to work, but we did not call about it. The secret is to press the number 1. Tell everyone so its not a secret. I do wish they had some of the local beers.

I’m a 76 year old senior and accidentally put in the wrong month of our trip. March instead of August. I discovered it the following morning but when I discovered it I was told I couldn’t change the reservation nor cancel it. Holiday Inn immediately charged my credit card the full amount. That is quite a scam for a senior citizen. I used Expedia to save money but guess what. They did not even protect their customer, one who booked over $4000 in flights and hotel rooms. Won’t ever use Holiday inn, Expedia or their affiliates again. Never

The hotel was very clean and the majority of staff were friendly, professional and attentive. Unfortunately one member of staff was too busy looking at herself in the mirror and forgot to deliver drinks. I did not have breakfast as it didn’t start until 6am and I had to be in the airtpot by that time and there was no means to have a carry out breakfast.
