'The bed linens are not replaced for every guest. The room appears generally clean, yet it is an older hotel with sparse, basic facilities. There is a persistent sewer smell in the bathroom. The neighborhood is a bit unsafe. There was a homeless person acting erratically right outside the entrance.'
