This place has an amazing pool and views of the mountains. However, the place is almost like a ghost town, just like it’s services. There was only one other room being rented out other than the two we rented. Perhaps due to the lack of tourism due to COVID. FD staff who checked us in was lack luster, but the staff that helped us with our luggage was excellent and the breakfast staff was excellent as well. The hotel itself is very outdated (many repairs needed as well) and only one room we rented out had working hot water… but if you don’t mind all the above, I still recommend this place for it’s pool, views, and price.

Awesome pool
The pool was really nice but the rooms are a bit old. Breakfast is nothing awesome but selection is adequate. Very strict about wearing masks so that's good. Not too much option when we had dinner there so better go some place else if you have a car.

フロントの対応、部屋の清潔感共にイマイチでした。 トイレの水が流れない、シャワーのお湯がぬるい。ヤモリ、その他の虫が部屋の中に。 タオルがひとり1枚しか無く、何度か電話で頼んでも届かない。 朝食は朝9時に行きましたが、ほとんど残っておらず寂しい朝ごはんになりました。

Wir waren vor knapp 9 Jahren schon mal da, da war die Anlage Tiptop. Seither wurde aber scheinbar gar nichts mehr gemacht: Fassade bröckelt, Geländer rosten, Lampen liegen zerschlagen am Gartenweg. Es ist alles extrem abgewohnt. Das Personal war bei der Anfrage auf Zimmerwechsel völlig überfordert und wir wurden auf den nächsten Tag vertröstet. - Das Hotel kann man leider nicht mehr empfehlen, schade um die ehemals schöne Anlage.

Schönes Hotel, mehr aber auch nicht
Das Hotel ist optisch sehr ansprechend. Es hat einen riesigen Pool und auch die Studios sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Leider gab es erhebliche Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten mit dem Personal. Denn anders als auf der Homepage versprochen, spricht hier niemand (außer dem Manager) ein Wort englisch. So wurde aus einer einfachen Frage eine 10-minütige Herausforderung. Dies gestaltete sich bei schwierigeren Sachen wie die Rechnung oder die Bitte um ein Taxi mehr als anstrengend und zeitraubend. Zu allem Überfluss betraten die Reinigungskräfte auch unser Zimmer, obwohl ein „do not disturb“ Schild am Türgriff hing und die Gardinen zugezogen waren. Vermutlich wegen der mangelnden Englischkenntnisse. Es waren zu jeder Zeit 3 Gärtner, sowie 4 Zimmermädchen zu sehen, die die Räume jeden Tag säuberten, auch wenn niemand genächtigt hat, doch der Pool war ziemlich verdreckt. Exakt dieselben Bierflaschen standen während des ganzen Aufenthaltes am Pool und wurden nicht weggeräumt. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass auf sowas mehr geachtet worden wäre. Auch im Restaurant gab es neben der Kommunikation einige Einschränkungen, da auf der Karte eine begrenzte Anzahl an Gerichten war und zusätzlich weder Beef, noch Spaghetti oder Dessert im Haus war. Auch gab es keine Frühstücksalternative für Vegetarier. Schade eigentlich, da das Hotel optisch einen guten Eindruck macht, obwohl die nächst gelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeit eine halbe Stunde Fußweg entfernt liegt.

Gorgeous pool!
The pool is amazing, and I loved the studio I stayed in. Only complaint would be the resort could use a bit of TLC and a lick of paint. I didn't eat there as the restaurant was completely deserted and didn't look remotely inviting. Beds are hard, Thai-style.

Das Hotel ist vor alle an Wochenenden gut besucht.In der Nacht von Montag auf Dienstag waren keine 0% der Zimmer besetzt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. - die Studio Zimmer sind ziemlich spartanisch eingerichtet. Bei längerem Aufenthalt empfiehlt sich eine höhere Zimmerkategorie. Das Highlight ist sicher der Super-Swimmingpool mit sehr sauberem Wasser. - Das Frühstück wurde serviert, da nur ab einer bestimmten Gästezahl ein Buffet erstellt wird. - Insgesamt erhält man für den Preis eine adäquate Gegenleistung.

Helt OK hotell
Läget: Hotellet ligger en bit in i skogen från huvudvägen, men är bara några minuter ifrån kända Palio. Nära norra ingången till nationalparken Khao Yai. Rummet: Vi bokade en stuga med stort utrymme. Soffa och soffbord fanns i rummet. Sängen var hård, men OK. Möblerna var överlag rätt gamla. Standarden var OK, men inte mer. Toan var för liten och svår att duscha i. Tofflorna var skitiga och återanvända. Kabel-TV funkade bra. Restaurang: Frukost ingick, men var inte buffé. Faciliteter: Jättestor och fin pool med trevlig utsikt mot bergen.

I must agreed that swimming pool is big, long and beautifully built. But, this property do not have lift (elevator) to go to Level 2 & 3. Buildings overall are dated with a couple of English TV channels. Breakfast was per person set, due to the fact occupancy was rather low while we were there. So there isn't any buffet breakfast that we are used to with other resorts. From other reviews, we should have known, this resort seem like do not have warm water in the building. Our Deluxe Room came with a bathtub, but during shower at night and late morning, the water still freezing cold. Simply NO hot water tank i believe.

Good hotel, but not value for money
Stayed there during end of year season. The location of the hotel is quite inside one of the small roads, which makes it less desirable compared to other hotels. The Lobby was nice, just like a large resort. When I got to the room, was shocked to find that there were 2 single beds instead of one large bed. The reason for the shock was because I only had a choice of a large bed on hotels.com, Maybe hotels.com should state clearly this part. When asked the hotel to change, they said they didn't have any large beds in any deluxe rooms. Another shocker was that the hotel room did not have any curtains, which made it uneasy for couples to sleep peacefully at night. As for the bathroom, although it was clean and large, however, the shower had no hot water. So we had to shower in the cold although the weather outside was cold already. Overall, for the price I paid, it was not value for money considering there were many better hotels and better located with just a little bit more money.

Stay away. choose another hotel.
We travel a lot, many countries and many hotels in Thailand. This is the worst hotel I have ever been in except one in Afganistan. The toilet in our room would not flush, we informed reception; it was "fixed" by the time we returned from a short trip. The next time the toilet was needed it would not flush. I used the restaurant toilet most of the time. We stayed for 2 days. Reception staff were rude and unresponsive. Restaurant staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast on the first morning was a disaster, the coffee machine was broken so all I could have was some terrible coffee made in the kitchen. But at least in came with a smile! 2nd morning the coffee machine was fixed and the coffee was enjoyable. The American breakfast was one egg, slice of processed ham, 3 cocktail sausages and some lettuce/salad covered with mayonnaise, very strange. The hotel is run down, it is though no one cares or is bothered anymore.

We stayed in a standard room for three nights. Great room, the bathtub is not usable, since you can not get enouth warm water. The restaurant is to be avoided! You can survive the breakfast menu, but the evening buffet is horrible and the menu options are also bad. There are not too many other options, unless you have your own transportation. Restaruants in the are close at 20:00.
