'Room was hot, one tiny window opened on the wall of windows. If you have to take your clothes off, you have to draw the heavy curtain over the window which is suffocating. If you want the window open for air, anyone outside the room can see you in bed. They should either put in a heat pump or find some other way to cool or put fresh air in the room without affecting privacy. I ended up forfeiting my $ there and went to get a room in another hotel. 'stayed just 2 nights, room was very clean and quiet. The staff were accommodating and helpful with questions and the rooftop area was nice. A 15-20minute walk from the main area but it felt safe to walk and the area itself was nice. Also like that they have filtered water available in the kitchen area'

'El hotel es muy bonito, lo malo es que por la noche se escucha mucho ruido de los coches y por lo tanto no duermes bien. Nos cobraron una copa que se me rompió pero fue cuando cerré las cortinas. La copa está junto a la cortina. En cuanto al desayuno hay mejores lugares para desayunar, el jugo de naranja que pedí era de bote. Y el desayuno estaba bien pero nada espectacular como cuando desayunamos afuera.'

It was an excellent base for exploring Antigua. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and always there for anything you needed. The room and surrounds are kept very clean. We had four nights here and were sad to leave.'

'I really, really, really enjoyed my stay at Casa Encantada! The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the neighborhood is quiet which makes it easier to sleep, and the room was fantastic! Breakfast is served on the rooftop were Edgar will take care of you and I highly recommend the pancakes; I had them almost every morning they were that good. The room was VERY clean, well decorated, and the bathroom was also really nice! A/C and a ceiling fan were in the room and the bed was very comfortable....
