It consists of a living room with a sofa bed with trundle bed (80x190cm), TV and direct access to a spacious terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun. Fully equipped open kitchen with: fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. It has 1 master bedroom with double bed (150x190cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x180cm). 1 partially renovated bathroom with shower.



It is part of a very peaceful community that share the communal garden and swimming pool.



Free outdoor parking.



No pets allowed.



Bookings are not accepted for young people under 35 years of age.



Conditions for groups:

A cash deposit of €75/person must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. The celebration and making noise after 22:00 is strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these conditions, the client must vacate the property with no right to any refund whatsoever.



- Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and 8 euros/person/towels.



- WiFi not included. Cost 7 euros per day to be paid on arrival



- Cot and high chair: €5 per day/cot, €5 per day/high chair



It is located in Llafranc, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava, which stands out for its beautiful beach with clear and crystalline water, its promenade lined with pine trees and its nautical port.
