"Prima hotel om te overnachten voor 1 of meerdere nachten om Straatsburg te bezoeken. Kleine 25 minuten lopen naar het centrum of met de bus."

"Hotel is advertised with valet parking, but there is none. They have 7 parking spots and then you have to drive to the nearby parking garage. Walking with your big suitcases through the city. Not 5 star worthey. And the garage is only suitible for smaller cars. I booked 3 nights and had to go in and out the garage 12 time, damaging 3 of my wheels wich will cost me serious money to repair. So all the platforms and websites stop advertising this hotel with valet parking, there is none. 4 star hotel max. The food in the restaurant was not 5 star hotel restaurant worthy. Room was good and clean."

"Very nice stay at the hotel. The room is spacious and has even a kitchen. The sheet cover of the bed was dirty (blood and coffee?) and changed it a day later at the housekeeper. Breakfast is good and delicious in the fancy breakfast room. Nice staff (housekeeping as well as at the reception). Free Parking at the front (or behind) of the hotel. Public transport is around the corner. "

"De mensen zijn superaardig. Het hotel is een beetje oud, maar de kamer was keurig schoon. Op onze verdieping wordt duidelijk gerookt, waardoor de gang naar rook stinkt."

"What I loved most about the place is very friendly and helpful staff. I got a welcome present for the holiday season and there was mulled wine available 24/7 at the reception. With windows closed, the noise from the railway is practically unperceivable. It was nice to have a kitchen as well. The installations, however, need renovation and refurbishment and the rooms could be cosier and more welcoming as they currently feel like a dorm or a hospital. All in all, a fair price-quality relationship and it's also well situated, so can recommend."
