The apartment features two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, two bathrooms, and a furnished terrace with a table and chairs.

- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed, closet, split A/C, bathroom (1), and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM 2 with two single beds, closet, split A/C, and access to the balcony;

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, 32-inch TV, table with chairs, split A/C, access to the terrace;

- KITCHENETTE with induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven and microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, access to the balcony;

- BATHROOM 1 with shower, bidet, and toilet;

- BATHROOM 2 with shower, bidet, and toilet;

- TERRACE furnished with table and chairs;

- BALCONY.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, washing machine, heating via split A/C, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hair dryer.



POOL HOURS:

- Open from June 1 to October 10 - no lifeguard

- Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Olbia Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



N.B. Completing the registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



In the event of unauthorized use of extra linens, €20 will be charged for each set of linens used.
