'SO convenient for the railway station (Trivandrum north)Nice welcome at reception.Room fine with A/C and a good shower. However we were told that breakfast was at 7.30 but there was no breakfast by 8 am and we had to leave;no sign of anyone at the reception.'

That said, the outdoor ambiance and lush greenery are among the finest I’ve seen, which adds a lot of charm — but still not enough to justify a full 5-star rating.'

'Everything has an old look in the cottage - the view was good but everything from the aircon to fittings were really old and worn out. Getting a Uber from the hotel is a real challenge as there are regular taxi drivers who charge triple the rate waiting at the entrance to turn away our booking. Really frustrating when the hotel can’t help us with this matter.'
