La struttura si trova in pieno centro, all’inizio di una zona pedonale, all’ultimo piano di un palazzo senza ascensore. Le camere sono accoglienti ed essenziali. l’ospitalità e la gentilezza sono tipiche della cultura del sud. C’è una splendida terrazza su cui si può fare colazione con vista su Palermo.

We had a great stay at Ad Hoc in Palermo. The location is excellent. Luca and his family are very welcoming, and communication was excellent. Room was clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Roof top terrace was nice. There are 4 flights of stairs with no elevator (which wasn't an issue for us, but may be for others).

Outstanding experience
Even though there was an unexpected change (the original unit seemed to be overbooked), I was moved to “Zefiro suites”, and it was an outstanding experience. Natalia and Sergio have organized things well, and were very kind, which is greatly appreciated. The location was convenient for a short, one night stay. Mille grazie 😊!

We reserved a suit room, but we were assigned the other types of room, double room. it was only complaint about this B＆B. Room was clean and the location is nothing to complain. Natalia and her family ware so kind we could understand major sightseeing spot and restaurant around there.

Location: 8 min from train station, 5 min. from Cathederal, 1 min away from main streets, yet quiet. Breakfast beyond coffee and a donut. I would stay again. Very clean and updated.

Very friendly hosts - helpful with transportation and recommendations, excellent location in Centro Storico, quiet room with great A/C, nice breakfast on pleasant terrace. The room is up five flights of stairs - OK for us (even at the end of a long day of walking) and Luca was very kind in helping with bags, but stairs could be a real issue for some guests.

Thanks a lot for your review and your compliments. The only thing, i need to correct is that we are not on the fifth floor, we have 3 rooms on an high second floor and the last room and the terrace on the third floor, but I guess that after a walking day, it seems higher. This is indicated on the description and we have an elevator for the suitcases, but we are thinking to build one asap. Thanks again :)

El sitio es acogedor, muy bien situado. El desayuno muy mejorable, la persona que nos atendió, con pocas ganas de trabajar. Llamamos para anular una noche a Expedia, nos dijeron que por ellos no habría problema y que si el alojamiento alquilaba la habitación, nos lo descontarían. Nos llamaron de Expedia a ultima hora y nos dijeron que no.(cosa que ya esperábamos). Pero curiosamente cuando llegamos, todas las habitaciones estaban llenas y la nuestra se estaba limpiando. Así que vosotros mismos, nos engaño Expedia o el propietario...

PARFAIT!
Nos hôtes Natalia, Lucas et les beaux parents ont vraiment été charmants et serviables. La chambre était très agréable, jolie, propre et très bien insonorisée et avec une vraie climatisation! Bons et complets petit déjeuners servis en terrasse!... La localisation est idéale dans le quartier central proche des belles choses à visiter ou voir. Restaurants et bars sympas en face et à proximité...

Beautiful modern renovated room and bath. Great location near all the historical areas. Nice terrace breakfast area. Nathalie, the owner was very helpful arranging transportations for us. For some , it may be difficult with no elevators .

Fantastic location and clean facilities. The best thing about Ad Hoc though are the people there - warm and welcoming. They made a great breakfast for us at the terrace every morning. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Séjour agréable
B & B très bien placé (central mais dans une rue relativement calme, possibilité de tout visiter à pied) dans un immeuble ancien mais belle rénovation. Très bon accueil mais difficile de se comprendre car ne parlent pas français ni anglais ( à part la sympathique propriétaire qui nous a parlé au téléphone à notre arrivée). 4eme étage sans ascenceur mais aide pour porter les valises. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Salle de bain très petite mais fonctionnelle (avec par moments une odeur d'égoût désagréable, mais possibilité d'aérer grâce à une fenêtre donnant sur la cage d'escalier). Matelas trop dur pour nous et réglage difficile de l'eau chaude dans la douche. Bon petit déjeuner avec de super gâteaux maison. Service aux petits soins. Belle terrasse (sans vue) mais le temps ne se prêtait pas à son utilisation.

Très bonne accueil avec des explications sur les sites. Très bon emplacement à proximité des lieux tourisàs l’hypercentre . La terrasse pour déjeuner le matin. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent !

Natalia et toute sa famille sont très accueillants, de bons conseils et tiennent très bien ce bed and breakfast. La situation est parfaite, les chambres sont belles et confortables et la terrasse est magnifique. Un beau séjour au cœur de Palerme !

Die Unterkunft ist wahnsinnig schön, es gab jeden Tag ein gutes Frühstück und die Besitzer waren höflich und sehr hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiter empfehlen!

This B&B is an excellent address for your stay in Palermo. I totally recommend it! Natalia and Luca (& family) take very good care of their guests (they even found and brought my lost suitcase from the airport!). I felt very welcomed and was actually kind of sad when I had to leave their B&B, because it was so nice. The rooms at the Ad Hoc Theme B&B are very modern and super nice and detailed and thoughtful decorated. I felt very much at home in my room, which had a big, very comfortable bed, a little balcony, air condition, flatscreen and a big very well designed bathroom (with a rain shower). I was happy to stay in the superheroes/comic room, which is not only decorated detailled but also with a sense of humor (two big, green hands of the HULK as towel holders). Another big highlight is a beautiful, sunny terrace, where (when it’s not raining) you can have breakfast or also spend a whole day there, just because it is such a nice place. The breakfast buffet is a mixture of regional and seasonal food. Luca explained every speciality (which changed almost daily) on the buffet and would also make some eggs, if wanted. The location of this B&B is perfect: 3 minutes to Quattro Canti (from where you can easily reach the cathedral, the Teatro Massimo and all the other highlights of Palermo), 10 minutes (of slow walking) to the train station and the bus to the airport is only a few minutes away in the Via Roma. All in all was perfect stay. And I am sure I’ll be coming back.

Luca and Natalia are excellent hosts. Very personable although you need some basic Italian to converse with Luca. Location is excellent in the old Norman section. The hotel really needs an elevator for those unable to climb stairs.

Un vero angolo di Paradiso
Una struttura graziosa e confortevole, curata nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di pernottare nella camera a tema Arte&Letteratura, veramente bella e soprattutto pulita. Proprietari disponibili, gentili e solari che hanno a cuore il benestare dei propri ospiti. Ottima colazione!
