Wonderful! Amazing hosts who treated us so well and made us feel right at home in Palermo. They recommended a great local restaurant. Delicious! Fantastic breakfast in a beautiful dining setting. Location on one of the main streets. You won’t get lost. Vibrant but quiet with closed windows. I would recommend this place whole heartedly to my friends. Grazie Massimo!

The location in the heart of the historic area on is Maqueda. It is a bit of a walk from the train/bus station if you have more than a light bag, but a taxi is min of €10. The breakfast was huge for a non-to light breakfast eater like me. My room had a balcony on the street so it was loud but I didn’t mind, light sleepers would prefer an inside room. FYI 3 flights of stairs up.

午前中にホテルへ到着したにも関わらず、着くとコーヒーをいれてくれて、朝ご飯も食べるか聞いてくれるなど温かいおもてなしが嬉しかったです。 また、シャワーを浴びたいと伝えると急いで部屋を掃除してくれました。 チェッ夜行列車で到着したばかりで疲れている事を配慮して下さったようで、チェックイン前にも関わらず特別に部屋を利用させていただきました。 部屋はとても清潔で、バスタブもあり大満足です！ 朝食もテーブルにきれいにセッティングされていて心地よい朝を迎えられます。 また、つたない英語しか話せない私たち夫婦にも ゆっくりと話してくれて 理解できているのか気配りしてくれているのが感じられてとても嬉しかったです。

The property organised a pick up from the airport which I was extremely grateful as when I arrived I thought the building had been severely neglected but when I went up 2 flights of stairs the bnb is immaculate and beautiful. An excellent location in Palermo, walking distance to everything. Staff are friendly and helpful, I could not have been happier.

Beautiful B&B in the heart of old town Palermo. The location was great, so many dining options nearby. Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly and provided a lovely breakfast each morning. Great place.

Bardzo pomocny i miły personel. Obiekt usytuowany w bardzo dobrym miejscu: Niedaleko 4 Canti oraz la Martorana i San Cataldo, przed bramą budynku przystanek darmowego autobusu, który kursuje wokół starego miasta, 9 minut pieszo do dworca centralnego. Wygodny i czysty pokój. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

The hotel was the best I had in the 30 days I spent in Sicily/Italy. Wonderful customer service and staff. The best service you can have in a hotel was here at the Gallidoro Maqueda in Palermo. I give the Gallidoro Maqueda the highest ratings on all levels.

Located at quiet corner near the old town waking zone. Everything is so convenient. Owner we nice person all staff are family members. They did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. Unit equipped with a stove so you can do a little cooking if you need to. Excellent, I will stay here again if I come back.

Nice room close to the attractions
Clean, comfy bed and enough space for two. Very close to the main attractions in the city centre. The owner is very nice and extremely helpful. Unfortunately for us the people above our room were very nosy late at night and early in the morning. This meant that sleeping through the night was difficult. We didn't ask to move rooms so it's possible of we did we could have gotten a quieter room. Overall our stay was good.

Acomodação fabulosa bem no centro da cidade a 2 minuts caminhando dos principais pontos turísticos. A limpeza do quarto e cuidado com todos os detalhes é impecável. Fiquei hospedadas 3 noites e tudo não poderia ser melhor. Cama confortável, chuveiro que funciona, quarto super espaçoso, café da manhã perfeito com frutas frescas e muita opções. O grande diferencial é o cuidado do senhor Massimo com todos os detalhes, desde as dicas para passeios como a limpeza daria do quarto, o café da manhã. Este B&B é sem dúvidas a melhor opção em Palermo. RECOMENDO DEMAIS!!!!!! E MARAVILHOSO

Great location, fantastic staff- very accommodating and informative. My bathroom was separate from my bedroom, down a hall and past the reception desk/breakfast area which was slightly awkward. BUT it was a private bathroom, wry spacious and always clean and well-stocked. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and hope to return myself!

The staff went above and beyond to help my sister and I during our stay. They helped us when we were lost, helped us park our rental car, and discuss things to see and do. Also, due to a scheduling issue, they helped us find a place to stay for a third night, as by mistake we only booked two nights. The breakfast was the best of all the B&B's we stayed in Italy. I would highly recommend B&B Gallidoro Maqueda. They deserve praise for their patience.

Friendly small B&B
This small B&B is in an old palazzo. Rooms are recently renovated in a modern style. The best part is the warm and kind attention given by the proprietors, Alessio and his wife Chiara. They took time to help me straighten out an airline complication, and they also offer an airport pick up, which was really helpful. Good location in the heart of the historic center.

Zentraler gelegen geht nicht
Sehr zentral gelegenes B&B, leider etwas schwer zu finden (chaotischer Verkehr viele Einbahnstraßen, nahegelegene Fußgängerzone, sehr kleines Schild an der Tür). Der Parkplatz ist öffentlich, sehr eng und befindet sich hinter dem Gebäude. Lasst euch vom äußeren Eindruck nicht täuschen. Hinter einer alten abgewohnten Fassade verbirgt sich wahrer Luxus. Der Vermieter und sein Sohn sind sehr nett, die Kommunikation (englisch) sehr gut und entspannt. Gute Tipps fürs Abendessen und Besichtigungen. Sehr gutes Frühstück (unbedingt die Pistaziencreme probieren). Wir konnten unsere Koffer nach dem Auschecken noch bis zur Abreise in der Unterkunft stehen lassen. Rundum gute Gastgeber.

Perfecto!
El alojamiento está en una zona muy céntrica, a poca distancia a pie de los principales sitios para visitar. Aunque se encuentra en un edificio algo destartalado, el interior es moderno y comfortable. Habitación amplia y cómoda. El anfitrión fue extremadamente amable y nos ayudó a aparcar justo detrás del edificio. El desayuno formidable. Repetiríamos sin duda!

Great location & staff
Everything that could be controlled was excellent: the room, the furnishings, the plumbing, the infrastructure, the service. It's also a great location -- easily walkable to the major & minor sites. Good restaurants in the neighborhood and the Ballaro market is only a few blocks away. I speak NO Italian and the staff was very helpful & friendly. My only issue - and this is my only Palermo experience, so perhaps it's universal - it was very noisy at night. There wasn't much auto/truck/vespa/motorcycle traffic during the day (when it's mostly pedestrians) - it all seems to be at night! And the people upstairs walk around in heavy shoes and scrpe their furniture around at night & early in the morning.

B&b tres bien placé, en plein coeur du centre historique de Palerme, tout est à pas, ou presque. Tout semble neuf, l accueil est très chaleureux. Le personnel est aux petits soins pour notre sejour se passe au mieux Le menage dans les chambres est fait tous les jours. Le seul petit bemol est le parking gratuit compris dans ma reservation, qui se resume en fait à se garer dans les rues alentours ( ce qui à certains moments peut etre problématique ) Je reccomande vivement cer etablissement.

Accueil et confort assurés
Très bon accueil et hôte très serviable. Les chambres sont récentes, très grandes et propres ainsi que la salle du petit déjeuner. Rien à redire pour le petit déjeuner, très bon. Stationnement gratuit juste à côté du logement. On peut découvrir Palerme à pied et c'est un réel avantage de ne pas circuler en voiture ! Seul bémol, le bruit de la rue très animée la journée et très tard le soir;

Prime location on an amazing street with tons of shops, cafes and restaurants and easily walkable to all the main points of interest. The owners were so hospitable and went out of their way to cater to our needs. The room and lounge area were impeccably clean and the furniture and decor so pristine. I highly recommend this small B&B which is withn a large rustic building which adds such character!!
