The accommodations are arranged as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, flat-screen TV (55 inches), and double sofa bed (140 cm wide);

- BEDROOM I with a double bed built into a wardrobe;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds (only the bottom two beds of the bunk beds can be used), a coat rack, and access to the balcony;

- BALCONY with table and chairs;

- TWO BATHROOMS with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pumps (one split unit in each room), washing machine (on the balcony), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



PLEASE NOTE: There is video surveillance at the building entrance and at the first-floor entrance; There are NO cameras inside the apartment.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

EUR 20 from 11:00 PM to 12:00

EUR 30 from 00:00 to 01:30
