Het is misschien handig als bezoekers van te voren weten dat je de auto gewoon voor de deur kan zetten en uitladen en dat het hotel de auto wegzet. Het straatbeeld komt voor ons nogal chaotisch over, maar als je vooraf weet dat je auto zo neerzetten normaal is, dat helpt.

Vriendelijk hotel. Regelen van shuttle service kan je via de mail doen, zelfs op de ochtend van de dag van aankomst zelf. Aardig personeel, rustig hotel. Netjes. Goede ligging. Alles was op 5 minuten lopen! Wij zijn zeer tevreden met dit hotel. Ps ontbijt buffet in het hotel is een aanrader! Ravioli maken ze ook erg lekker.

Leuke hotel , liggin: tussen de haven en centrum
Rustige wijk, schone kamer: wordt dagelijks opgeruimd. Goede wi-fi in de kamer. Ontbijt was beperkt en elke dag dezelfde.

Prima personeel, prima verzorgd, in prima staat.
Geweldige personeel, kamer perfect verzorgd, in prima staat met grote nette balkon. Enige minpuntje; Ik had gevraagd om een bad, maar kreeg een douche. Daarnaast was het een prima verblijf en kom ik zeker een keer terug.

Hotel midden in de oude stad van Palermo.
Prachtig hotel, goede service en vriendelijk personeel. Altijd een lach op hun gezicht. Het hotel ligt in de oude stad je hebt geen auto nodig, zeker ook niet huren in Palermo. Deze Italianen rijden als gekke en dat zijn wij niet gewend. Op zebrapaden wordt je omver gereden als je niet oppast ook al heb je groen licht. Ik weet nu ook waarom er claxons zijn. Er zijn geen regels in het verkeer, degene die het hardst op de claxon drukt heeft voorrang. Verder is dit hotel absoluut een aanrader, de toeristenbus staat op een paar honderd meter en je kunt dus heel goed de oude en nieuwe stad verkennen met deze bus. Vanuit het hotel kun je naar het mooiste zandstrand van sicilie. Voor 27,50 voor 2 personen met 2 strandstoelen en parasol inclusief toeristenbus. Dus geen auto nodig. De hotelkamer is perfect. Airco, badkamer met alles erop en eraan. Het ontbijt is heerlijk. Wij zijn erg blij dat we dit hotel hebben gekozen.

Prima, centraal gelegen hotel.
Modern hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. De kamers zijn relatief groot en netjes. Als u met de auto komt (afgeraden) houdt dan rekening met hoge parkeerkosten in de nabij gelegen garage (€20 nacht). Op straat parkeren kan tegen lagere kosten op basis van een schrapkaart die te koop zijn bij 'tabacchino' (1€/uur gedurende werktijd - 8 uur/dag). Het vinden van een parkeerplek is erg moeilijk. Een 'posteggiatori' (maffia) helpt u graag en wijst een vrije parkeerplek aan voor een vanaf prijs van 1€. Uw auto wordt dan ook 'bewaakt'. Als u niet wil betalen kan dat betekenen dat u uw auto terug vindt met een kras (of erger). Verder is Palermo een fantastische staat waar een hoop te zien is.

Mooie ligging in het centrum
Het ontbijt was erg goed en werd goed aangevuld. Vriendelijk personeel, ze spraken goed Engels. Voldoende informatie aanwezig over activiteiten in de stad. Goede hygiene.

Comfortabel hotel in het centrum
Het hotel ligt op vijf minuten wandelen van het commerciële en culturele centrum van Palermo, ook dichtbij de jachthaven en oude marktplaatsen. Behulpzaam personeel zorgt voor een doeltreffende dienstverlening. Voortreffelijk ontbijtbuffet en eenvoudige maar goede bar. Er zijn veel goede restaurants in de buurt. Een minpuntje: het hotel beschikt niet over een eigen parkeergarage, er is er wel één vlakbij. Maar, in een stad met chaotisch verkeer is het misschien best de auto aan de rand te laten.

Zakenhotel vlakbij centrum
Hotel is een prima uitvalsbasis om Palermo te bezoeken. Personeel is correct maar staan naar mijn gevoel niet echt te popelen om meer voor je te betekenen. Ontbijt is uitstekend. Aan de overkant van het hotel kan in een parkeergarage geparkeerd worden. Je kunt de auto ook langs de straat zetten maar dan moet je gedurende een aantal uren betalen. Voor ons onduidelijk hoe dat zou moeten. Nergens een automaat te bekennen.

Nous étions dans l´annexe, dans une superbe chambre, une tres bonne isolation phonique, et un noir parfait pour dormir. Personnel fort sympathique, dommage que notre planning était trop serré pour profiter pleinement de l’endroit.

Great location and helpful staff. Modern nice hotel with a delicious breakfast. Rental car office just down the street. Rooms were very quiet with good soundproofing, comfortable beds and modern baths. All around was the perfect choice for us.

The property is modern and very comfortable. I have trouble sleeping and my bed was great with lovely linens. Also the room was very quiet with good soundproofing. I had a huge balcony on the 7th floor with a city view. All of the staff were very pleasant. I especially liked Martina and Valeria who were so helpful. Great breakfast included. No negatives at all and we stayed 7 days!

Gutes Hotel, sauber, gut gelegen, ruhig. Aber das Frühstück ist schlecht und nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man mehr als 1-2 Tage dort zu verbringen gedenkt. Viel Kuchen, wenig Obst, Brot, zwei Sorten Käse und zwei Sorten Wirst.

Der Türschloss funktionierte nicht, wurde auch in zwei Tagen nicht repariert. An einem Tag als wir aus der Stadt zurückkamen, war die Tür einfach offen und das Zimmer war nicht abgeschlossen. Ausstattung ist etwas alt. Das Frühstück ist etwas langweilig. Was gut ist, das Parkingservice und die Lage das Hotels. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Vor dem Hotel ist eine Superpizzeria, mit einer der besten Pizza in Palermo

Oh, du professionnalisme, accueil, situation, chambres fonctionnelles et vastes, équipements, attention du personnel, petit déjeuner avec une mention spéciale pour celle qui prépare les boissons chaudes. Aïe un bémol: une odeur persistante d'eau croupie dans les évacuations douche et lavabo. Sinon 5/5.

Overall a great stay. Room was very spacious but could use some Remodeling as it was a little dated. Breakfast was good and they had a barista to make fresh coffee to order. 20 minute walk to Palermo central station. Close to numerous restaurants in area.

Week end a Palermo
3 notti nella storica Palermo. Hotel Mercure ottima posizione ottima pulizia e personale gentile e professionale. Buona la colazione a buffet. Camere spaziose… ma la zona bagno sistemata senza criterio, camera 607 water e bidè attaccati con accessori carta igienica e scopino montati a parete in mezzo a water e bidè. Senza possibilità alcuna di poter usare i sanitari con il giusto criterio, ma questo è un problema strutturale!
