One of the most photographed alleys in Palermo. Restaurants line the street at night right below your balcony. It's entertainment everyday. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. This is the perfect spot.

Location and room is the best! Between one of the best restaurants, and a cocktail bar with $4 cocktails, and close to the passagente, it was perfect. It’s a party under your window til midnight, but sound didn’t enter.

Palermo magica...e la sua ricettività
Il titolare del B&B è una persona molto accogliente, cordiale e disponibile. La pulizia e l'ordine la fanno da padrone. Servizi essenziali fruibili senza problemi. La stanza è veramente molto grande e bella. il B6B si trova a pochi passi dal teatro Massimo ed è in centro. A pochi metri si può iniziare la visita della città e fare percorsi turistici ed enogastronomici senza dover prendere alcun tipo di mezzo. Lo consiglio a tutti. Mi spiace che non accetti animali...è l'unica pecca.

Jättebra men bullrigt från gatan.
Ett helt perfekt läge, ett halvt stenkast från Piazza Verdi och teatro Massimo. Det är ett litet B&B med tre rum. Rummen är stora med tre sängplatser, badrummen också stora med badkar. Allt är rent. WiFi som fungerar mycket bra. Kungsbalkong mot gatan. Francesco som jobbar där (ägare?) är mycket serviceminded och vänlig. I porten bredvid ligger en riktigt bra restaurang som kan rekommenderas. Det enda som man kan anmärka på är att det är ganska bullrigt från gatan eftersom det ligger ett stort antal matställen och barer där (alla med uteservering), och de har öppet till ganska sent på natten. Bra öronproppar rekommenderas för de som är känsliga för buller.

Accomodating staff and great location
We loved the location and the rate. Very nice people who worked hard to accommodate us. The only downside is that the hotel is near several bars, which made for a loud night. Not a big deal for us but it could be disruptive for some guests.

La wifi non prendeva benissimo e la camera era un po' buia ma per il resto ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Proprietario gentile e disponibile e zona comodissima.

Location invidiabile, stanza ampia, simpaticissimo Francesco, il collaboratore del proprietario, anch'egli molto disponibile. Da osservare che sono richieste 5 euro al giorno aggiuntive per la pulizia.

For nighthawks only
We booked this room with the clear intention to stay there as little as possible, but when one of us got sick and we had to stay there more than planned, it turned out to be nearly intolerable. A lot of noise from neighbour restaurant street. The Wi-Fi did not function properly either. Maybe we are a bit unfair due to the circumstances, but we were not satisfied. The location is OK, though.

Très bien situé
Hôtel très bien situé : tout le centre ville est accessible à pieds. Petit bémol : pas de parking ... Chambre très spacieuse et confortable. Excellents conseils du gérant qui nous a indiqué tous les bons plans. Petit déjeuner un peu léger.

In the old town, very central, not light, not quiet, but ok
Friendly host, pre-prepared breakfast, bedroom charming and beds nice, living room quite dark with missing atmosphere, kitchen very basic, chairs without backrest. Apartment is located directly in the old town city, everything can be reached by walk, at night quite noisy due to several bars and restaurants, parking not possible at all.

Posizione centrale, ideale per visitare Palermo
Hotel in posizione eccellente, centralissima, nel quartiere della movida ma isola pedonale quindi non semplice da raggiungere. Se si viaggia in auto occorre parcheggiarla a circa 800 mt di distanza. Palazzo vecchio (come tutto il quartiere) ma ben tenuto e dotato di ascensore, camere enormi se paragonate agli hotel nuovi e ristrutturate di recente. Arredamento essenziale (un po' misero) ma confortevole; la sera il vociare dei clienti e la musica proveniente dai locali sulla strada si avvertono anche a finestre chiuse e possono disturbare, occorre pazientare fino dopo la mezzanotte. La colazione si consuma in stanza, sulla tavola trovate moka elettrica e bollitori per latte e acqua, biscotti e fette biscottate con marmellata; a mio giudizio potrebbe essere migliore. Il titolare è cortesissimo e disponibile a fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie.

Gentile Paolo La ringrazio per la recensione. Solo una precisazione, il palazzo è antico cioè del '700 ma non vecchio. Infatti è stato totalmente restaurato recentemente.
