Let us know if you would like us to have the trail of 4 clues that lead to the treasure set up for your stay. The kids will need adult supervision during the treasure hunt and may also need some help depending on their age and skills level.

This bright, unique, updated home offers the perfect staycation for you and your family or friends. This house has a gorgeous unique backyard with a sailboat with a waterfall, conversation/sunbathing area, barbeque, tree hanging chair and more, it is just a perfect spot to relax and enjoy!

The house offers 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, a modern and cozy living and dining area, a fully renovated open concept kitchen, an office space, a game room, and a laundry room. The house is fully furnished. All bedrooms have a queen bed and spacious closets.
The living room has a modern and comfortable coach and two “perfect for the best nap” chairs, these are just the best!! This space also has a big size tv with Amazon Fire TV Stick, so you can relax while watching your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime or other.

The perfect spot to make it your office is by the windows, there we have located a desk, so you can find a bright space to do some work. Right next to it, there is a relaxing reading/coffee area with hanging chair.

One of the bathrooms has a long spacious shower, and the other has a bathtub. We provide towels, shower gel and shampoo.

The kitchen is well equipped, ready to have fun with some cooking after spending some time at the boat.

The game room, has some board games and toys, a carpet, and other items to use this space to have a great time with your love ones.

The house is only minutes away from many stores, supermarkets, and restaurants. If you like spending time at the beach, this is your house, it is about a 30 minute drive to several beaches! One hour from Orlando International Airport, and 1 & ½ hours from Disney parks. Brevard Zoo is also really close, just around 25 minute drive. And if you are ready for an out of earth day, get ready, because Kennedy Space Center is just an hour away.

From the house, you can also walk to many beautiful fun places such as Fred Poppe Regional Park, in which you can find a dog park, or play at the baseball field, practice some volleyball at the beach volleyball court, or just walk around and enjoy the view.
