When you book, you have the property to yourself: if the House is reserved, guests enjoy full private use of the home, backyard, and all amenities (the owner may use the separate Studio). If the Studio is reserved, guests enjoy full private use of that unit, backyard, and all amenities (the owner may use the House). In every case, your privacy and comfort are always our top priority.
